If there is not enough leading (space between lines) the reading experience is poor regardless of the font size. Adequate leading is based upon the font being used. So it is automatically longer than fonts like arial where different characters occupy different amounts of space on the line. Or you could just increase the font size to something like 32...but the marker might pick up on your deception. If you're submitting electronically then the marker will do a word count.
