No. Android apps cannot be installed on windows phone because both OS use different application file. Android use .apk file as an application to install whereas windows 8.1 require .xap file or .appxbundle (latest extension depend on visual studio version) to install. Also windows OS does not allow external application installation in windows phone unless it is developer registered.

how to install apk games in android. i have samsung galaxy s3 and i want to play games like batman, spiderman,gta vice city etc.... but in websites it is written like this intall apk and copy gameloft folder to android data whatever...... i have no idea how to install it i tried it. I copied that folder to what ever that **** is. but still its not working......... please explain me with details
