I am interested in watching movies. censor board is responsible for determining the quality of every movies. Every time after watching any movie i wil discuss with my friends better this scene can change and placed any where else in movie in that way i got interested to got job in cbfc.

There are Few Film Critics, Journalists and Few Celebrity Personalities are part of Censor Board.Meanwhile Censor Board Chairman/Officer should require qualification of IAS. Few IAS Officers are Appointed as Regional or Central Board Chairperson/Officer.

What is the procedure to get a job at the Indian Film Certification Censor Board?
The central board of film certification (CBFC), popularly known as "Censor Board" falls under central government of India, to be precise under Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.There are two part of Job aspect in CBFC. One to become the member of the panel including chair person some of whom name you have seen in certificate which shown before any movie or any trailers.The second category of recruitment's will be for other office job categories in this department.The way to get recruited in 25 members panel including chairperson is not up to the individuals. It is up to the ministry or central government to directly nominate those individuals including the chairperson. Central government choose various people from different fraternity and aspect of life based on specific achievements of that individual. In terms of selecting chairperson the preferences are given to the individual with achievements in film and television industry. Although this is not a hard and fast rule. So there is no way you can apply for this 26 members panel job at CBFC as all of them are appointed by central government directly. Although if you are part of nomination then ministry will send you letters directly to self nominate yourself first with the list of achievements you have and then they will pick the best one from that lot. I am not aware if any quota or recommendation works behind the scene for these nominations.Now in terms of other clerical or official jobs at CBFC, since its a part of central government, the recruitment's are not that high but if there are any openings it will be listed in "Employment News" news paper, which list all government jobs. The online version is also available at emp-news-intro and can be used to find the instructions to apply for those jobs at CBFC.
