How To Let My Brother Borrow Gta V

GTA IV vs Assassins Creed Brotherhood?

You should include your gaming preferences and likes.
Grand Theft Auto 4 has a wonderfully long storyline with lots of DLC content. Many weapons and varying locations with dozens of vehicles and side missions. It makes for hours and hours of fun with probably a minimum of thirty hours on the first run through. It rarely gets old, unless you play 24/7 for days on end. It has some fun varying multiplayer too.

Assassins Creed is a good series all in all but, unfortunately, I myself have not played Brotherhood. The first two games, in my experience, get a little stale after a while. Once you learn the fighting systems you are practically invincible. It can still be great fun running around assassinating people and all.

All in all, if you're looking for one game, I would recommend GTA as it has a lot more content that varies greatly, other than the basic concept of shooting. I would recommend trying both though; find some buddies or a store and borrow/rent the games for a few days. Decide if it's worth your money.

If my dad calls the police how much trouble would I get into for using his car without his permission for the night?

Here's the scenario. Your dad calls the cops and reports his car as "stolen" and you have the car. The officer takes the report and the car is entered in NCIC,  a national computer base of stolen items. A lookout is given. An officer sees the car and falls in behind it and he runs the tag and confirms it stolen. The officer stops the car. Most likely, you will be taken into custody at gunpoint. (This scenario could change depending on whether the officer knew the car had been taken by a family member.)Now, let's say that your dad at first didnt know you had taken the car but finds out later that it is you who has it and he decided that since you are his child he does not want to bring charges. You might think you are getting off… maybe so, maybe not. Generally speaking, in most states, stealing a car is a felony and it is really up to the officer  and/or the district attorney or prosecutor as to whether charges are brought or not.  Your dad may not want to charge, but the officer may want to. So, as you see, you can get into some serious trouble. My advice is DON'T DO IT.  But if you do, be very nice to the police officer… he or she has the final, say… generally.

If your boyfriend took your car without your consent, and wouldn't return it even when you asked him to, would you call the police?

Honestly, I'm a lover of the low-drama approach. Most likely I would busy myself with preparations for my break-up speech which would go something like this:“I hope you accomplished what you needed with my car. Unfortunately, I need to be with a man who has much more respect for me….the kind of man who would not take my car against my wishes. That is why I have taken the liberty of gathering anything you've left here so that you can take them on your way out.”I'm sure calling the cops would get his attention though. And then you could have some sort of long, drawn out, argument that goes on for days or weeks until you just give up and pretend he is sorry. Then he will do something else equally disrespectful that will make you equally enraged. And the cycle will go on to infinity. Also the police are unlikely to actually do anything more than file a report, if they even do that. In some states, if you have given him permission in the past 30 days to drive the car, they will consider it a domestic argument and leave it at that. Why waste your time with so much drama? Move on and find someone who won't take your car if you say no.

If you get a loan from a loan shark, will reporting them to police absolve you from the need to repay this loan?

People use the term “loan shark” far too loosely nowadays. They think it means someone who lends money at high interest rates with no collateral. Others think that it simply means someone who lends at very high interest rates. In reality, it means someone who will use violence to collect if you do not pay. Furthermore, they use threats of violence to you and to your family to extract unbelievable amounts of money if you give them the excuse to do so by your being late with a payment. You might find that they impose “gorilla math” on you. Your debt of $2,000, because you didn’t pay a $100 interest installment on time, could suddenly become $3,500, or more. Then they might force you to give them item you own for a fraction of it’s value, in order to pay them part of their rapidly escalating balance owing. A car worth $20,000. might have to be signed over to them for a $5,000 debt, even if that debt was originally just a $2,000 loan. Other patterns of a loan shark include forcing you or a family member to commit a crime in order to satisfy part of the debt. YOu might pass on some confidential information, illegally. YOu might actually steal, or be helping set up a robbery. Or you or a family member might be forced to act like a “mule” to carry drugs.Apart from the loan being from a criminal who uses threats of violence and violence to collect form you, the loan itself is collectible in law if it does not violate applicable usury laws. Most loan shark loans do charge much more interest than usuary laws permit. However, remember that there are various jurisdictions that have no usury laws or very high limits.Best advice: never, ever, ever borrow money from a loan shark.

Can I download a game to ps4 from my friend's account and play? What should I need to know before doingit? Can I get banned from psn? Can I play it from my account after downloading?

I will try give a understanding here:PS4 A - yours (in your house)PS4 B - friend's (in his/her house)You, log in PS4 A, but PS4 A is not your primary device. This means, you can play your games bought from PSN, as long as you log in as this account. You, then log in PS4 B, your friends, and activate his/her PS4 as your primary. This means, he/she now can play your PSN games you bought from his/her account. When you go back to your house, and you log in again in PS4 A, your account in PS4 B won't be deleted, but will be logged out from PS4 B. Your friend still can play your PSN games (because primary account PS4 can access all master's library). There's a real drawback here for you because you activate your primary PS4 in PS4 B: You can't download games by using computer to your PS4 A (trigger remote download) because you claim that your PS4 is PS4 B. This will instead causing PS4 B download the game you buy, not the PS4 A.Your PS+ auto-upload features (only auto-upload) can't be activated in PS4 A, because your "designated primary PS4" is PS4 B. You still can manually upload your save data to cloud storage from PS4 A, but this is a hassle. Then there you go if you want to "share" your games with your friend.
