How to get into a MAC address blocked wifi network?

Hey there everybody, I am an 18 year old male living with my mother, stepfather, and half siblings. That's probably too much information and quite irrelevant but I couldn't really think of another way to introduce myself. Smoothly transitioning into the problem here, my step-dad who i am not on the best of terms with has blocked my wifi access to my mobile devices since I was 16. I got my first ipod touch for my birthday when i was 16, a week later BLOCKED from after 10 pm until 10 am. A new phone for my 17th birthday, BLOCKED a day later with wifi access. My REAL dad gave me a laptop for a graduation gift and for a while I had the internet all to myself to listen to music and do whatever I really wanted to. I guess when I wasn't home one day, he came into my room and got the MAC address which i found out the hard way whilst trying to access the internet at 10:01 pm. I am currently using my phone's mobile AP which essentially makes it a hotspot, though it is rather unreliable.
After a rather long introduction, I am 18 now and still remain blocked from those hours. I know the name and password of the connection that i'm trying to get into, but it is currently blocked.
is there anyway to get passed this?

Also to any who wish to reply with "tell him directly" or suggest any sort of direct confrontation with him, please do not waste your time. He is the most thick headed stubborn person in the world who will fight to the death even if he is damn well in the wrong. My mom agrees that me being blocked at this age is ridiculous but won't do a damn thing about it.
Having this is both a matter that irks me and simultaneously a principle, like am I truly so much of a child that you have to limit what I can and can't do? I go to college, have a job, a car, a social life. Honestly though, I grew up with the internet and do love to just relax, listen to music, skype, and play online games with my friends at the late hours of the night. Why am I denied access to this?
Yes, there ARE way more issues with this family than just blocked wifi, but that is for a different time. Time to stop the rambling and see if anybody can help.
Thank you in advanced!
