Well this is my first answer in quora. Kindly accept my mistakes and do support me :)Yes, it is definitely possible to reduce 10kg in one month but it is not an easy journey in reaching that goal.I will tell about how I reduced 6kg in 3 weeks time. So if I can do that definitely it is possible to reduce 10kg in a month or at least reach near to that goal. It requires great dedication and motivation to do this.The most important thing is how you maintain your diet. If you have control over your eating then 50% of the job is done. For me it took a lot of self control and time to get over my unhealthy eating habit. I was a die hard foodie who used to almost eat from restaurants every single day and that too all the unhealthy food stuffs like ice-creams ,fries, burgers etc. So in order to achieve this goal you shouldCut down sugar content from your diet( or to be more exact just don't eat anything which has sugar content in it )Drink lots of waterCut down the intake of rice. ( I am not saying to completely neglect rice because it is a good source of carbohydrates ) .Add a fruit in every meal as it fills your stomach and helps in reducing your food intake.Drink green tea. It helps in weight lossDo not StarveThe next most important thing is how you work out . In order to achieve fast results you have to workout intensively . Either join a gym or workout at home.
