Start your day at 6 AM,
1. Go for running for 20 mins, take brakes in between by walking.
2. Start kicking in the air,
First left leg 20 times, then right leg 20 times. Repeat for 5 mins.
3. Now kick sideways. Left 20, right 20. Repeat for 20 mins.
take some break,
after 10 mins do the following at a stretch without resting,
i. lay down,
ii. do 30 crunches,
iii. raise ur legs alternatively to an angle of 40 degree. 60 times.
iv. bent yor knees, touch your head with your palms.now, touch your left knee with right elbow and right knee with left elbow. do it 60 times.
repet all these 2 more times without any break.
do, all these at evening also.


FOOD:
1.avoid oily food for 2 weeks.
2. Milk is good for calcium and protein. Dont go for other dairy products.
3. Have planty of vegetables , try to eat boiled vegitables tought you will fell like 'yuk'.
4. Have planty of water and lemon juice+honey.
