How to lose 20 pounds fast for a teen?

alright, maybe not that fast. But at least were you see a significant improvement in 2 weeks. like losing a pound or two.
Its because schools starting in two weeks. (i'll be keeping up whatever i have to do to lose weight for a while, 6 months max)
and i'm 14 but only 5 feet tall. (it sucks being short -.-) with a really narrow frame, and when i'm in "good shape" for my genes and all that i weight about 80-95 pounds.
several doctors already told me, okay? i'm not trying to be anorexic or anything.
it's just how i'm built.
right now i think i weight about 115 pounds.
for me, thats bad.
meaning my tummy is goes as far out as my boobs, and my butt is buttzilla.
that on a really short girl, yeah, not pretty.

so, do you know any diet plan/fasting , exercise workouts, or something.
(i can swim laps insted of running, and/or only run a little)
pretty much willing to try anything besides starvation a puking. (biggest fear is puking, so no way)
but any diet that is said to work. PLEASE TELL ME
i'm already easy to bully and have been for the past few years
i'm desperate, and please just help me....

How can a 13 year old lose 50 pounds fast and easy?

I'm thirteen years old and I'm 5'6" and I used to weigh 198 pounds. And it didn't take me one month and a half to do so. That would be unhealthy if you did it so fast. The only way you could do that, unless you were becoming anorexic or bullimic. But you could maybe lose up to 20 pounds and to do that you should cut out chips, cookies and all other junk food. It is not good for you. Also cut out the sodas because it has high fructose corn syrup and if you drink alot of sodas you will end up being 200 pounds. Also excersice reguarly. Don't push yourself but workout for an hour like riding your bicycle or doing something that burns calories like dancing to something on your iPod or Mp3 player. If you sweat from doing that then you should have no problem burning myabe 900 calories a day with three excersises. Also DRINK WATER! If you drink about 10 glasses a day you should be in good shape. I followed all of this and now I weigh 124 in 6 months from doing all this. Be smart and be healthy. Aim for 20 not 50!:D
