How To Lose 7kg In 3 Weeks

How do I lose 7 kilos in 2 weeks?

Losing 7 kilos in 2 weeks is an interesting challenge to participate in and with the right knowledge and tools, it is highly possible. There are strategies that you can utilise to achieve this goal:Your potential to lose 7kg increases if your starting body weight is higher (e.g., 120kg) than if you are lean. When you are heavier, your body is more likely to have more fat and water storage which can be lost at the end of the week. For long term success and positive progress in maintaining weight loss after the two week goal, there is no doubt that you need to know about macronutrient counting, which involves keeping a food journal to record daily calorie intake. This ensures that your energy intake is always less than your energy output to maintain a negative energy balance. However, you can simplify this process for the two weeks without having a major impact on the metabolism by consuming a high level of protein (e.g., lean meat and seafood) while reducing your carbs (e.g., bread, pasta, rice, fruits, potatos) and fats (e.g., oils, seeds, nuts) to a minimum. To make this process even easier, try and meal prep a week’s worth of meals in one session and store it in the refrigerator so that you always have food ready to go.Exercise will be focused on heavy compound exercises (exercises that uses more than one joint) which targets the entire body. The goal is to target as many muscles as you can in the week—either through a full-body workout many times a week, or a split-body program—to maximize the opportunities to build more lean muscles to speed the resting metabolism, or to maintain the amount of muscles you currently have. A typical gym session usually run for 40 to 60 minutes.Cardio workouts are important too! (But not a high priority as compared to strength training.) You would want to focus on high intensity interval training (HIIT) which are short but high intensity to burn additional calories to speed up weight loss.•••About me:I am a writer and researcher over at The Self-Perpetuating Human, a project which combines fitness, nutrition and communication in designing a self-sustaining human.

How to lose weight in about a week?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Can I lose 7kgs in 3 weeks without a diet?

Yes, but that’s at the upper end of healthy weight loss. I’d focus on two key behavior changes. You don’t have to diet, but you will need to adjust your eating/drinking habits so you don’t over do it.Two things you can do would include bringing your lunch to work instead of eating out. Or preparing your dinner ahead of time instead of going out to dinner. It’s best to make permanent changes on this front so they become habits, so smaller is better.Another thing you can do is replace drinks with water. It’s easy to suck down a lot of calories without realizing it. Focus on permanent behavior changes. You don’t have to cut out specific calorie dense foods or drinks completely, but plan a way to reduce over doing it. So perhaps only drinks during dinner or at breakfast, etc. Finally, add in a small amount of physical activity. I know you want to lose a lot of weight fast, but I’m sure you’d prefer permanent changes over short term ones. You don’t want to rebound, so do a sustainable activity like one to five push ups in the morning or your preferred activity would be much better than joining a gym and working out for an hour a day, which you’ll probably quit soon.Consistency is key. Increasing physical activity will make it more likely your weight loss will stick, and evidence shows boosts your initial weight loss by 20%.
