What can I do to stay strong on my water fast?

i think people are misunderstanding you. you're fasting, meaning you're not eating anything, ONLY drinking water, right? so ignore the comments about the stupidity of not drinking water. try an easier fast first... you have to break into it slowly. maybe you could try only drinking water and juice and eating vegetables the first day, or something like that. and you could try 3 days instead of one week, or whatever. just choose something simpler and step it up when you're ready.

How can I lose weight, but stay thick?

Weight Loss is not only about, low calories intake, and dieting. But more of exercising, healthy eating, and good lifestyle. Consider my routines below.

Cardiovascular Workout for weight loss.
Cardio Exercises makes you heart intensity high and melt fat overall from your body.

:Cardio Workout – X 3 to 4:

1. Jump Squats – X30 Sec
2. Leg Raises - X30 Sec
3. Side to Side Push Ups - X30 Sec
4. Plank – 1 min
5. Double Crunch - X30 Sec
6. Burpees – X30 Sec
7. Mountain Climbers – X30 Sec

Do these exercises at time told and then complete the whole series and then rest for 3 min and then do it again do the series for 3 to 4 times. But remember you need to do all. These all are equipment free and you won’t waste $0 on it.

These exercises will not only make you lose weight but it will turn you fit, get you a lean body The two exercises Mountain Climbers and Burpees are strength exercises which will strengthen you.

If you can’t do these exercises, or don’t know how to do, then search on Google images or YouTube you will know.

Consider your diet properly.

2. Take meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, whole grain foods, fish oils, nuts, peas, soya beans, eggs. These will help you lose your fat and build muscles.

3. Avoid these foods / drinks-

> Sugar, Sweet foods, Junk foods, Fast foods, street foods.
> Oily foods, over fried foods.
> Anything Excess. If you eat more protein and don't workout it will be stored as fat in your body.
> Carbonated Drinks such as Coca Cola or Caffeine.
> Avoid Liquor totally.
> Take super small 5 to 6 meals a day.

:LIFE STYLE:

1. Don’t sleep late at night.
2. Don’t be hungry for too long or starve.
3. Minimum 6 to 8 max hours of healthy, cold and soundless & non disturbance sleep.
4. Jogging and moving out 1 hour after you eat your food.
5. Stay happy, depression also causes fat.
6. Always workout after 1 hour after or 20 mins before your meal.

im 5'4" and 97lbs. my doctor told me i am technically underweight, but when he did a more specific test he found i could afford to lose weight. i went to several doctors and they all agreed. so how can i remember and convince myself to not eat junk food? i need to motivate myself so please help! im looking at eating 600 cals per day

I want/need to lose weight, but I can't stop eating?

I'm fat. I know I am because I'm about 40-50 pounds overweight. I want to lose weight so bad and I try to eat well and exercise, but it's so difficult. The exercising part isn't too hard since I've found things I really like to do. But it's the eating that makes me so frustrated with myself.
For example, tonight at 10:30 I decided to eat a huge thing of nachos for no effing reason. I knew it wouldn't be a good idea, but the evil side of myself kept saying "don't worry, this will be the last time and you'll start eating good tomorrow". The moment I put the last chip in my mouth I absolutely regretted eating the nachos...
What can I do to stop this reoccurring cycle of bad eating habits?? This has been happening for the past 5 years and summer is approaching and I'm tired of seeing my downright ugly cottage cheese legs. Please, do you have any tips and suggestions? I really appreciate anything! And please don't just say "uh, just stop eating fatty". Trust me, I say that to myself everyday but it's obviously and sadly not working...

Here's the thing, everyone is different and we need to know our bodies well.Let's assume you only run, that means that there is no way you would develop lean muscle because we are what we train to become. Get him in a sport. Only keep healthy food around the house. Snacks can be carrots instead of pudding. Only one glass of juice at each meal and after that juice water. In between meals drink water.

Swimming is also good exercise maybe he will enjoy going to an indoor pool once a week.

limit it to two hours total on the psp, playstation, TV, and computer and stay strong about it
