How do you lose fat in your inner thighs?

You can develop lean thighs in two ways: reduce overall fat from your body, which will ultimately lead to removal of fat from thighs or tone and firm the thighs using the thigh exercises. When you tone the thighs using exercises, your metabolism goes up. Higher metabolism results in more calories being burned. This leads to reduction of fat deposits in thighs. When you combine aerobics with the thigh exercise, you will achieve results quickly.

Squats are excellent for toning the thighs. There is a notion that squats can lead to big increase in size. But you are in control. If you do not want to go for big thighs, use moderate weights. This will tone the thighs very fast. But there is a slight increase in the size of the muscle when it is toned. To retain its growth, you need to increase the intensity of the exercise. But if you choose not to, exercising with the same intensity will not lead to bigger thighs. Squats make it very easy for you to control the thigh size. Do squats thrice a week on alternate days. Start lightly with just your body weight for 2-3 sets, with each set consisting of 10 reps. Over a period of 3-4 weeks slowly increase the intensity.Walking, rowing or any exercise where you have to use thighs and other bigger muscles simultaneously is the excellent exercise to reduce fat from the thighs. When you use thighs and other bigger muscles your metabolic rate goes up. This cause more calories to be burnt. Perform these exercises slowly for around 20 minutes. You can do squats before aerobics on the same day or on different day from aerobic exercises.

One really great way to burn thigh fat is by doing cardio exercise that utilizes the leg muscles...Cardio also burns calories fast, and hence will burn fat.

Try jogging...that's great for the legs. Another great cardio exercise is doing Jumping Jacks. The repetitive scissor-like leg movements of doing Jumping Jacks really works the inner & outer thighs.

I’ve written about this because I did it, accidentally, or atleast the super effectiveness of this was an accident.Thigh fat is put there by estrogen, fat overall is put there by insulin. I went on a keto and intermittent fasting diet and lost weight nicely evenly overall getting proportionately thinner. Then I stared longer term fasting, first by accident and then by intent. Fasts of 2, 3, 5, 8, 6, 9, 9, 20 days. In that time I also ate a keto diet on the breakfast meal. The fasts lowered insulin but they also drastically lowered estrogen, cos not eating = not eating any estrogenic foods. That caused my belly to not shrink that much (belly is cortisol, which increases if you fast past ~2 days) and my butt and thighs just fell off. Turned into twigs. Good thing was that my belly also shrunk a little, especially with those shorter fasts. So nowadays I am doing some shorter fasts to get the belly down, and thighs are ok if I even gain there.

How can you get a thigh gap quickly?

Some people can't have thigh gaps due to small set hips! I'm 5'"5 and 100lbs and my thighs touch even though they are slim.

But if you really NEED to, eat just fruit and veg (raw, nothing else) and tea for a week.
Then the next week add in grilled chicken, skim milk and cereals in moderate portions.
You will lose alot of weight in the first week, up to 2lbs a day, then up to 1 the next week.

(They only have to get a thigh gap is to lose fat, this will make you lose fat fast!)

Note* my thighs only don't touch at about 94lbs (feet together) so like I said you might not be able to without becoming very underweight.

How to lose inner thigh fat FAST?

My legs are super muscular, which makes them look like thunder thighs if i have fat in my inner thighs (TRUST ME) I have about an inch of inner leg fat that i wanna get rid of FAST. I'm going shopping with my friends and this little inch is holding my back from being a size 3/4. Please help me im going shopping in a week or so ANDI NEED IT GONE BY THEN. I'll do anything, trust me. but what do i do to get rid of it??? annd dont say its impossible to lose it in a week or ill report ur answerrr!!!!!!
