How To Lose Weight Any Advice

Weight loss??? Any advice???

HI! I need to lose about 10 lbs. I already excersize no less then 30 minutes a day, I also walk about 1 mile or more a day pushing a double stroller w/ 2 30 lb kids in it. I watch what I eat but I still can't lose this 10 lbs. I recently quit smoking and I am thinking that may play a role in it. I take Lexapro so I have to be careful w/diet pills. Does anyone have any advice on what else I could? I am going to Florida in about 3 weeks and just want to look nice in my suit. Thanks!

Advice on how to lose weight in one month?

Ok, so heres what you do

1) stay on a diet (doesnt mean starving your self )
2) cardio
3) light weight training

1)

Staying on a diet means eating healthier and not eating junk foods, err eat less of whats bad, im sure u no wuts bad for u

burn more than u consume

eat more protein which helps ur motabolism i heard calcium helps as well

stay away from carbs because if you dont use that energy the carb will store the fat/energy into ur body for later use

so too much carbs is not good

eat small meals like 5-6 times a day instead of 3 big meals, which will help ur metabolism

2)

cardio = running, jumping rope, jogging, biking, sports anything that will get ur heart pumping and sweating

at least half an hour a day. and stick to it dont be lazy

you can do this while watching tv and it will make time go by much quicker

remember to stretch before and after to prevent any injuries

3)

light weight training, maybe 5 or 10 lbs is good

it will help tone up ur arms, and legs so that u look slimmer, feel better. and have more energy to do everyday activities

search google: dumbell exercises

( once u get ur dumbells )

thats pretty much it

stay on the diet, dont eat big meals, and dont starve urself either

eat healthy

along with that do cardio to help burn off excess fat

and weight training is very good in burning off calories also

but if u gain weight but ut doing everything i told u to its because ur building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat

Good Luck

What advice would you give someone who wants to lose weight?

Over my life, I have gone thrice from excess fat to skinny. And now I just maintain my weight, with a balance of exercise and no special diet.Fat loss for me happens in few recognizable patterns.Realize that the pants are tight. Conclude I have gained some excess fat.Cut down totally on sugar. Maybe 1 - 2 days.Begin my exercise, in the meanwhile.Initially I start with lots of HIIT. And Body-weight exercise.Cut sugar further.Realize I haven’t lost any weight.I stop eating all processed foods. And total cut-off from sugar.30 days, in, no change in weight. But, a lot fitter.60 days in, pants are going back on. I can see my veins.90 days, sugar has comeback to diet. But no processed food.150 days I have lost a lot of excess fat. If I started from 83KG, I am 75 Kgs.This is when, I stopped exercising. Just focus on eating healthy.180 days, I don’t gain weight, and maintain it, with the food I eat. Some nice TV shows comes along the way, I start binge watching all its seasons, bham! Food habits gets broken.Damn that pant is tight. This has happened 3, from start to end. And this is the 4th time, and I am in the 170 day, and exercising.See, inorder to lose excess fat, a lot of things have to work together. Like cutting down food. And cutting on sugar and processed food too. Exercising, with weights. Little cardio. Sleeping habits. Mental tenacity. Your goals, & plans. Commitment to the whole plan. At times, even seeking medical advice also comes in handy. And if I could really give you a single advice, to commit your mind onto, to lose weight. It would be, to join a physical activity.Go join, football groups, cricket, karate, swimming, tennis, mountain-climbing. etc.Joining these activities why automatically force you to lose weight. Even if you lose the focus from dieting and exercising, the activity will keep your body fit. Therefore for a longer period of time, you’ll not gain much weight. All those three times, I picked up an activity. First it was volleyball. Second swimming. Third yoga. And now fourth — parkour. The best part, along the way, I learnt so many things from all those activities.

Need advice to lose weight while in boarding school?

I'm in boarding school where only certain food is prepared on a daily basis. What I have noticed is that on some days, the food is prepared with a lot of oil and too little vegetables.

Studying stress sometimes makes me hungry at night, so I frequently snack on chips part 10pm

Exercise can only be done during weekends, since schedule on weekdays are packed.

Any advice?

What are some ways for a 15 year old to lose weight?

Hello,The absolutely best and easiest way to shred pounds without working out is doing the following 3 steps and staying consistent:1) Delay your breakefast to late afternoon. This will engage you in something called Intermittent Fasting (IF) and is absolutely the best way to lower insulin and increase Human Growth Hormone. The first few days mght be a bit hard but after you'll get used to this and make it a lifestyile, you will be so thankful and it will be so easy. To blunt your morning apetite, drink a bit black coffee or tea. So fast for about 16-20 hours per day and only eat within the 4-8 hour window.2) Avoid all starches, sugars and processed foods, try to eat natural whole foods. Minimize carbon hydrates and only eat them in the form of vegetables and, occasionally, fruits. Carbonhydrates affect your insuline quite a lot, especially fiberless sugars. Insuline is a fat storing hormone and you can not oxidize fat in elevated insulin levels.3) Increase the consumption of healthy fats, such as coconut oil, grassfed butter, cheese, whip cream, avocados, eggs and olive oil etc. Contrary to popular belief, fat does not make you fat because it has a non-existin impact on the insuline. It's great for giving you a satiety feeling during the fast and you will feel much better. If you have the time, go out for 1 hour walks every day and if you have a boyfriend, engage in regular coitus, in order to easier set yourself in a calorie deficit. Do this for 16 weeks and if you don't see results, come and kill me for bullshitting you (I'll give you my address I promise). But, don't stray from this 3-step plan, you have to form it into a habit, a lifestyle. Often, the hard part is not that people don't know what to do, it is the part of actually doing it. The pshycological part is usally what gets the majority. Eating more fat will make this much easier! The key word is consistency.Good luck!
