Diet or fat free or sugar free puddings, applesauce, Mandarin oranges, I live off of this stuff.

Im DESPERATE to lose weight FAST! I want to lose 30 lbs before June 26th.. by just eating fruits and veggies or by drinking Bolthouse Juices. I work out for 30 mins about 3-4 times a week. yes you can! watch an episode of "you are what you eat" on youtube. the dietician on that show always makes people eat just fruits, vegetables, small portions of fish, legumes and healthy grains like quinoa.. there are carbs in fruit so whoever says you need carbs shouldn't be giving advice.

if you do fruit, veg, and beans for protein you'll get complete nutrition and definitely lose weight. you may want to take a calcium suppliment to keep your bones healthy

Eating nothing at all is not a great choice to make. Starving is never a wise choice to make for the purpose of losing weight because it will make your body weak. yes, absolutely you will. you dont need to exercise to lose weight. you exercise to tone and get muscles.to lose fat you just change how/what you eat.

The basic gist of the lifestyle/nutritarian way of eating is:

each day eat (as close to this as you can manage, but its ok to build up to it)

1 lb cooked vegetables (eat as much as you want)
1 lb raw vegetables (eat as much as you want)
1 cup beans or lentils (but you can eat more if you want)
1/2 cup quinoa (limit to 1/2 cup a day)
1 oz nuts (limit to 1 oz a day)
4 fruits (but you can eat more if you want)
2 servings chia seeds
lots of water.
MEAT: you can add this in if you choose, but no more than 3 oz a day, grilled or steamed not fried. fish preferably but its up to you.think deck of cards- thats how big your portion of meat should be.

No rice no dairy. If you eat bread (I don't recommend it) make sure its whole grain (but without wheat as wheat spikes insulin and prevents weight loss).

Try to incorporate Almond or coconut milk into your daily diet
