How to make a fake bruise without hurting self?
If it is *really* for a theater project, make-up is the only acceptable means. Here's the easiest way: Go buy blue, purple, black, green and light yellow eye shadows (flat, not glittery or sparkly, and powders will work best), and some pink powder rouge/blush. You should be able to find some eyeshadow products that have most of these colors in a single package. The Dollar Tree is loaded with them. Put the yellow on first, and make sure it extends past where you want the darkest part of the bruise to go. Then cover it with the green (sparingly), leaving the yellow on the outer rim, then work your way in with the purple, blue, then the black in the center. Be sure you are layering the colors and not filling in. Don't be too neat about it, you don't want perfect circles of color. Brush the red lightly over the whole thing. Blend it with your fingers or a cotton ball. It'll take some practice to get the right combo of colors and thickness of powder, but you'll get it after a few tries. Use bruise pix from the Internet as a model of the effect you are trying to achieve. You could stain your skin with berries in a similar manner, but that won't look as realistic, since you can't blend the colors as effectively, and it won't wash off, it'll take a week or so to fade. EDIT: If you're going to do the pencil method in the link above me, DO NOT USE IT BY YOUR EYE. The graphite and Red Dye #2 in the pencils can permanently blind you.

I bruise really hard and i wanna know how to give yourself a real bruise but without it hurting too much. Its for a Competition that me and my friend are doing to see who can get the most and whose last longest...long story short i need long lasting bruises that are dark and scary without makeup!

But how could I give myself a bruise about the shape of a quarter/dollar for various places on my breasts, neck and chest. Why do i like bruising myself?
It depends on what kind of satisfaction you get from it. You said you only do it because you find bruises aesthetically pleasing, so it's not self-harm by definition. (You are harming yourself, but it's not the same thing.) So I guess it's just because you like bruises. I recommend you stop, though, because you could seriously injure yourself if you're not careful.
