Is it illegal to buy burned DVD copies of a movie or show.
It really depends on the source selling them, is it a reliable source? Such as a big brand name or company? Other things such as are you BUYING them or are they for FREE, both ways that can be illegal. If they pirate the movies and resell them thats two federal laws they're breaking and when you buy it and have intel it is illegal then the copy will be retrieved and you might be fined. if it truely is a "copy" then yeah it's probably illegal, if the movies and shows are being RESOLD at the same or lower price for when they were bought, and with concent of the owner of the rights to the media (television show or movie) then no it's not illegal. Make sure if you do choose to buy from this website that you don't include important information about yourself such as your first and last name, address, zip code, town, state, license plate, telephone number, any form of I.D. or photographic evidence of yourself. Because not only if it is illegal and the government finds you, you still have the other problem of random strangers knowing personal information about you, especially if it is a popular site. Be careful!
Is Ken Tamplin Vocal Academy worth the money for singing lessons?
I've tried a couple of different "online" singing courses and been very disappointed with the information provided, but what I've seen about Ken Tamplin Vocal Academy on youtube seems to be legit. I'm reluctant to spend the money unless I can really improve my singing. Does anyone have any experience with this program? Thanks!

How do I determine the electrical polarity on a portable DVD player?
I recently purchased a car power adaptor for my RCA portable DVD player, but the adaptor requires knowledge of the device's polarity. The manual suggested checking the base plate of the player, but nothing there suggests positive or negative. And checking both the player's manual and the RCA website gave me no answers. Can anyone help me?
I bought a RCA universal remote, I have a Cyberhome DVD player CH-300. What is the code I put in the remote?
Cyberhome's website is no longer available - they were effectively shut down earlier this year for manufacturing without proper technology licensing. I looked this up once, however, before the site became defunct. Cyberhome did not design its players with the ability to be operated by universal remotes (it actually said so on the website), but some users have reported success with the codes 1023, 1024, or 0816. Hopefully you can be one of those users too.
