il be honest since i worked there as a model (which isnt as intimidating as it sounds, its aka ppl who work out front). abercrombie reallly likes natural colored hair, unstyled so wavy or straight, slimmer, natural almost no makeup look people to work out front since they are "models" and they reppresent the store brand. so ombre hair (cute btw) is gonna make you a slim chance for model. impact members which are people in the back, you prob have a fair chance!:) just be bright at the interview and wear something like this: dark skinny jeans (preferably from abercrombie), white lacy shirt from abercrombie with navy flip flops or leather. and be prepared to be asked about diversity!
