Not losing weight?

Ok so I have been tracking my calories and I'm defiantly eating a deficit in calories. I just don't know if it's a matter of me being impatient or me counting wrong. It says on my fitness pal with what I have been putting in I'm eating around 800 calories but I always feel full and satisfied so I feel like that's wrong. Any ways here's what I'm eating, breakfast (oatmeal w/cinnamon and handful of raseberrts 230 cal) lunch (2 pieces of bread 140 calories and half an avacado 105 calories -not sure if that's correct for an avocado) total for lunch; 245 and for dinner I have half a spaghetti squash with about a half cup of meat sauce abojt 250 calories) please help, am I still eating to much to sustain my weight?

Quick weight loss with my birthday coming up?!?

I have been losing weight the past weeks with more exercise and improving my diet but my birthday is sunday and I would really like to drop at least five if not more by then. And tips to help get rid of some weight quick. Lower abs especially! !!!

What is the most weight you have ever lost and what was your biggest key to success?

I lost 89 pounds. It took over a year. Here’s how I lost it. I was tricked by a friend into going to her gym and meeting her personal trainer. Somehow he convinced me to get assessed and to start working with him. Since I was obese, he put me on a diet and had me walking every morning as well as working out with him. I lost about 40 pounds, then got stuck. My mom died (I had been taking care of her for 16 years.) I lost it for a few months— lived on junk food and gained back some of the weight. My trainer then encouraged me to join a Weight Loss Challenge at our gym. Once again, I listened to this guy and did it. Got back into eating healthy foods and in appropriate amounts. The challenge included bootcamps which were really tough at first, but got easier. I was doing great, then hit a plateau. At this point my trainer suggested I try kick boxing. I really didn’t want to do that. I told him it looked scary and I was afraid of breaking a bone in my hands. (I teach art and quilting, so my hands are pretty important.) He promised me I wouldn’t. I tried the class and loved it even though I totally sucked. I continued taking kick boxing classes, then added regular boxing too. The weight came off slowly but surely. Finally I reached my goal weight! Hooray! I continue my good eating habits. I live on fresh produce, lean meats, and whole grains. I taking boxing classes, muay thai classes and take one on one lessons (11 hours a week) And I do some bootcamps and work with my personal trainer. Two weeks ago I started learning jiu jitsu too. I spend 2–4 hours at the gym a day. I’ve never been stronger or healthier in my life and I’m in my 60s!

I'm 16 years old. I weigh 200 lbs. I'm 5'4. I want to know how to lose this weight FAST!!?

well diet and excise is always best going to the gym at Least 5 times a week for at least an hour... NO SODA no junk food ...those are really bad and may lead to addiction also avoid corn fructose...

also maybe try a 100% all natural dietary supplement...

not sure if this works but my friend lost 10 pounds eating honey nut cheerio's for breakfast..everyday...lol also most important when eating have small portions..

but to loose weight quick you need to sweat a lot! so EXCERISE is a must! my favorite is the elliptical.. and the stair climber... don't like tread mill... try to do an hour on a machine and 45 mins on another..after that do some weights...

Has anyone ever heard of the Impatient Dieter's Plan?

I found the Impatient Dieter's videos on YouTube, watched them, and I have now been going on her web site (www.easywayshow.com) for more information. She lost 75 pounds in 2 months, and she has kept it off for (I'm guessing) a year now.

She drinks 7 WonderSlim shakes a day (100 calories each), eats 2 healthy meals (250 calories each), and drinks a lot of water. This is a 1200-calorie/day diet.

Has anyone heard of it? Have you tried it? It seems so wonderful--I can't find any fault in it. For those of you who don't believe she really lost all the weight in that amount of time, just watch her videos: she documents everyday and gives proof that it is really her in VERY specific and precise ways. Thanks so much! :D
