How To Not Sweat Allot

How to not sweat as much?

Sweating is embarrassing but it is good because it shows that you are healthy.
The most important thing to do is shower ever single day :)
Use anti per spirant deodorant for your underarms.
As for your boobs it may be that it is oily rather than sweating. It's the sweat from your neck that travels down to your boobs.

If it is oily then you should exfoliate your cleavage area whilst in the shower and then use a water based moisturiser (check for aqua in ingredients)

I used to sweat a lot too but now it is way better when I started puberty :)

Good luck !

How do you NOT sweat!!!!?

I just try to carry everything i need with me. It's impossible for yu not stop sweating your suppoes to. Like the other guys said it helps your body cool off. But anyways i carry baby powder with me and i put it under my breast cause i get sweaty under thery and i use mictchum deorderant and t works really well but i'm pretty sure the other clinical deoderants they have coing out are go as well but after i apply the deoderant i put some powder under my arm. cause that helps absorb some of the sweat. Sometimes i just bring a extra pair of shirts to wear.Or if i don't want to mess up on shirts i just wear a nother one and change later. Hope this works for you.

How do you not sweat the small stuff?

The mind is a tricky thing to control once it latches onto something and wants to worry it to death. We survived as a species by noticing things that may be going wrong and focusing on them, rather than reminding ourselves of everything that is and can go right. Unlike other animals, we can think about the future and about hypotheticals, which has helped us in many ways, but also has created an internal climate primed for worry and anxiety. So, how do you not sweat the small stuff? There’s a great book series called exactly that: Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff by Richard Carlson and and Kristine Carlson. I like these books a lot, but they always left me thinking “Yeah, that’s great. Don’t sweat the small stuff. But how??? How do you actually stop sweating the small stuff?”Then I discovered that Richard Carlson (the same) and Joseph Bailey had written a much more in-depth book called Slowing Down to the Speed of Life. It is basically a primer in how to use your mind correctly. If I could write a manual on how to use your brain for maximum effectiveness in getting through life, this would be it. I read it over twenty years ago and I find myself using things I learned from them on a daily basis. It’s the kind of book I recommend that people read a paragraph at a time, to let it mentally digest, and to allow yourself the time to put what you are reading/learning into practice.I can’t tell you how in one Quora answer. But I can point you toward the book that can.

How do I not sweat as much on crutches?

Crutches are a different workout than most people are used to. We support ourselves with our legs, so crutches are a big change since we have to support ourselves with our arms. Your body might just need time to build up muscle in order to support it. Also, if you want to minimize sweating, put on deodorant before bed. While your sleeping, you will absorb the deodorant and sweat less the next day. I use this trick alot and it actually works.

Is it normal to sweat a lot while tanning?

The last two days I've been lying under the sun. I put on the tanning lotion/oil, wait 15-20 minutes for it to soak in, then I go to the beach. I start sweating really badly like 10-15 minutes after I've been laying down. Is this normal? Could it be that I didn't rub in the tanning lotion/oil enough?

Do military pilots sweat a lot?

Flight suits are not themselves cooled (unless there are some modern ones I'm not aware of) - the pipes and hoses you see on the suits of fast jet pilots are for the anti-G bladders which provide compression on the lower parts of the body to limit blood pooling in the legs and lower abdomen away from the brain, which can cause G-induced loss of consciousness.Additionally, the fire-retardant materials and in some cases IR suppressing chemical treatments can make flight suits hotter to wear than they could be; not to mention survival gear, helmet and so on. The relief comes when you can get the APU on and the air-conditioning started. I imagine that this can be done by a preflight crew on ground power to prepare the aircraft for its flight crew. However in many aircraft you just sweat it out until you can get airborne and get ram air through the vents and windows. Or, if you're a particularly suave and debonair aviator, get the giant overhead fan started.

Is it normal to not sweat during a workout?

Hi,As we know, each individual has unique body system, i.e. some individuals don’t put on weight irrespective how much they eat and few put on weight even after of controlling the diet. Same way there can be a person who will start sweating within 5 minutes of starting workout and some who will take 20-30 minutes to start sweating. If you naturally fall in category of individual who sweat less that its perfectly ok, but at the same time you need to understand keeping other thinks constant sweating is directly proportional to intensity of workout. For example, let’s say while cycling for 30 minute one can burn as low as low as 200 calories and one can burn also 500 plus calories in same time. Obviously one who burns 500 plus calories will sweat more. Also, if you analyze closely one will sweat more initially for burning 500 calories in 30 minutes w.r.t to same calories in same time after 15-20 days. This can be explained as initially burning 500 calories in 30 minute one was pushing him/herself, whereas after 15-20 days body get used to it and one need not push oneself to achieve the same result, hence less sweating. As you are working out with the goal to reduce weight I will advise you to always try burn more calories in same time, as by doing so you will be pushing your body and hence will burn more calories. Easy way to check this is to keep monitoring your heart beat rate while cycling and using tread mill, forgetting the best result in terms of reducing weight you must keep your heart rate above 155+ for most of the time. You will observe that if you keep on burning the same calories in same time your heart beat rate will keep on coming down with passage of time, as body will become more comfortable with same amount of workout. as the result of this your progress in terms of weight loss per week will also keep on falling in line with your heart rate. So, to keep getting good results, you must push yourself each day and keep the heartbeat rate high during your workout.I hope you will achieve your goal of weight loss in very near future, just keep working-out…. thanks

I sweat A LOT!!! Whats the best deodorant?

I had the same problem all through high school and college. I finally got a prescription called Dry-Sol through my doctor. It worked but it ITCHED like crazy when you applied it. Good thing was you only had to apply it once every 2 weeks or so. I also found this stuff MAXIM online which works pretty good. Seems a lot like the Dry Sol but without prescription. Good Luck...I know how embarrassing it is to have sweat stains on your shirt!

If you do not sweat during exercise, are you burning any calories?

Hello! Thank you for such an interesting question.. So I want to let you know that in my opinion, there is no established corelation between sweating and the number of calories you burn. Let me explain it with a simple example:While climbing a staircase each step you climb takes about 2 Calories of energy. Now considering that you climbed ten steps, you obviously would have used around 20 calories of energy. Correct? This is where it gets interesting. Now you may climb ten steps in very less time or take your own sweet while to climb the 10 steps. So there is a certain difference in “INTENSITY”.Now the “Intensity” of an activity is what determines the amount of sweat you break. The higher the intensity, the faster you may start sweating. And the lower it is, the lesser and slower you start sweating. Intuitive. Don't you think? But either way, the amount of energy you consume (also means the calories you burn) essentially remains the same.Again the amount of sweat differs and is still subjective. But the amount of calories burnt during an activity is the same.So in conclusion, yes even if you aren't sweating, you're still burning calories. Also note that some people even during high intensity training don't sweat. So it really is based on the person in consideration.Hope this helps :)
