I'm a freshman and I don't turn 19 until April. All my friends are either in Frats or are 19 so they get to drink every weekend and I'm just bored in my room it sucks so bad. The bars at my school allow 19 yr olds in, but not 18. None of my friends look like me so they couodnt give me one of theirs... any other resources? I need one very soon.

... If you're looking to go that route, find a friend that kind of looks like you and pay her to get a new license. Have her put on make up like you and wear her hair like you in the new picture. If the picture already looks like you, just ask to keep that one and pay your friend for a new one. BTW... it doesn't even need to be a license. It could be a State ID Card. They have those at the DMV too. It's just an official picture ID without driving privileges. A 5 year old could get one. The secret is confidence when handing over a fake ID. When you had the ID over, be in the middle of a story while talking to your friend and just hand it over while continuing. Laugh... smile and ACT CONFIDANT. A cop caught me with a fake ID. is my record still clean?
This story is pretty hilarious but I was completely stupid: I'm a 19 yr old guy,and I was driving in a really bad neighborhood full of cops and I was pulled over for entering a "do not enter" zone. The cop asked me for my drivers license and I accidentally handed the officer my fake one! I realized what I had just done when he was walking back to his car,but I was too nervous to make a decision to stop the cop and admit to him that I had a fake ID before he entered his squad car. He ran the fake ID through the system and he came back to my car interrogating me. I told him it was an accident that I gave it to him and that I shouldn't have had a fake in the first place. He was pissed and didn't believe me that I did it by accident,and said he would take me down to the station for questioning. He thought I was probably in the neighborhood to buy drugs also,but I wasn't and he had no proof of that. At the end, he didn't take me to the station,and he let me go and didn't give me any ticket,paper,or court date,but he told me that all of this was being "documented". What does it mean that everything was being documented? And do I now have something on my record? And if I do,will this cause me problems with finding jobs or college? I had a clean record before this.

I'm a 19 yr old girl living in the U.S. In the US you have to be 21 to drink or even get into clubs..I live in the state of Idaho! I was wondering what the punishment of using a Fake ID is? Techinically I will not be doing anything wrong. It will be a fake ID, with MY picture, MY info except for the Date of Birth will be different. I have several times passed as 21 in resturants without getting ID'd. I have a big chest, and I look much older for my age. How much trouble will I get into? Please dont sit here & lecture me..I'm just trying to have a lil fun. :/ thanks

It depends. Drinking? Probably only a fine for the first offense (and loss of the ID). Jail is possible for a second offense. Third time? Depends on the judge - some of them take a VERY dim view of people who refuse to learn. Oh, and since she's over 18, a criminal record that will follow her for the rest of her life. (Try to get a job when you have to answer "yes" to "have you ever been convicted of a crime?", regardless of how minor it was. Or get fired when they find out that you lied. There are a few million people looking for work who have never had a parking ticket, they don't need to hire ex-criminals.)
