Im 14. So today my father with a big smile told me that he cancelled the home internet and it will stop working tomorrow by the time I come from school. He says im addicted, however thats not true. Average time spent on internet 1-2.5 hours schooldays Weekends 2-5 hours daily I go onto sunday school were I get further education and on saturdays I go to a local programming class, at the moment im creating an android app, so i dont have a day off from any work in the week. On my winter test On all subjects I got a B except for 1 subject which I got an A. My parents always tell me that I play video games on my pc however most of the time I chat with friends as I live 20km from them and code apps. Any ideas and tips on talking to them :/

What is the procedure to cancel/terminate the STC internet connection(Saudi Arabia)?
I am not able to get information from the executives at their offices. They dont understand English. some guys in their office says that the connection is cancelled and however some other guys under the same roof says it will take another two months from now. It is freaking me out. I cant understand if i can use the connection till they terminate it or some additional charge will be charged if I used the internet, since I have applied for cancellation. I am in a contract with STC for 1 year( first 2 months were free). I am cancelling within one year. Somebody who knows about the procedure, please enlighten me!!!

I recently had to do this for someone, had no problems at all. 1) Be sure you can check your mail on the web first, rather then downloading it. When you sign in & the browser pops up, there will be a place that says 'check mail' click on it & check your juno mail 2) Call customer service, they will disconnect at midnight & pro rate your account. 3) They will send you a confirmation to your now free web email, same address. 4) When you need to check your web email, go to www.juno.com & there will be a sign in place When you call customer service, verify this. You can't. Never use a cable or telephone or any Ian's email address. When you leave you cannot take it with you it belongs to them. You are better off using a Gmail Hotmail Etc because you can take those anywhere you want to go and if you still feel the need to use a ISP email address at least keep it something similar and simple to wear if you do switch to a Gmail or a Yahoo email or Hotmail xcetera keep it similar so therefore when you tell everyone hey I'm no longer using this email is such a such first last name or a nickname whatever you like to use at gmail.com instead of a verizon.net. I still don't get why people do that.
How do I cancel a request to reset my Android phone?
I have no idea how to cancel the reset request but probably getting in touch with Google's Android team wouldn't hurt. Anyway I had an idea : This assumes you are familiar with things such as custom recovery, nandroid backup and flashing firmware... if you are not, don't try this as it has its risks. This procedure also requires a custom recovery installed such as clockworkmod or TWRP. You said your phone is in airplane mode, anyway besides airplane mode; you can take out the SIM card AND turn off your WiFi router... In other words, make sure your phone doesn't connect to the Internet. Then reboot your phone and get into custom recovery. Make a nandroid backup of your phone which implies making a backup file of the entire firmware of your phone. After the nandroid backup is done, then make sure the backup file is not corrupt (I'll leave that as homework) and later on reinsert the SIM, reconnect your WiFi and reboot your phone. Then reconnect your phone to the Internet and wait.See if it resets, or, at least if it gives some mean to stop that reset (which would not make any sense, of course). If your phone resets, then just restore your nandroid backup and you will have your phone in the state prior to the reset process. This is just a bizarre idea, I haven't tried it and have no practical idea if it will work as intended. Do it at your own risk. Pleae let us know the outcome. Good luck.
