You can’t if you mean you want a facecam. You’d have to record both separately and then join them to make them simultaneous in editing. You’d just need a simple screen recording app for the tablet, then something like a camera phone for your face. Take both recordings and use editing software to crop the facecam footage and to put it over the game recording.

First of all, you definitely need a PC before ANYTHING. If you don't have a PC, you can't do it at all. But if you DID have a PC, you will need to buy a Game Capture.
