First thing first, iam sharing this as i have my own online business.Get a GST no., contact any CA's and get yourself registered and obtain gst no. you can also do it on your own but it will take some time and also you have to go through different technicalities or legalities of your business nature.Second register your business with the help of gst no. as partnership or LLP or private through online portals that provide this service with easy documentation. Again there are lot of online portals that provide this service from ease of your home.After registering your business get a website of your own build it manually as there are simple tools available or hire or get help of anybody expert in those matters and start selling.Note: you need pan card, address proof and aadhar card neccessary throughout the process of registering your business.

In the beginning stage you can go with paytm as a platform to sell your products. In case you do not have Vat registration they will just make you sign a declaration, which states that you will get your vat and other registrations done as and when taxable limits are crossed.You can just sell being an individual.
