How To Remove Dead Skin On Face

How To Remove Dead Skin From My Face?

Dear These days it’s hard to find skin products without all the harsh chemicals, but luckily ingredients as close as your kitchen cupboard can act as natural skin care treatments to help keep your skin feeling and looking its best!

1-Honey & Lemon Sugar Scrub

Honey naturally retains moisture in the skin, keeping it soft and smooth, even in the upcoming winter months. Honey is also considered an anti-irritant, and can be used for even the most sensitive skin. Lemon, on the other hand, is an acid and will gently exfoliate dead skin cells, lighten age spots and keep your skin looking young and fresh.

The Mix

Mix 2 tbsp of honey with 1 tbsp of lemon juice and add 1 ½ tbsp of sugar in a large bowl; the sugar will add texture to the mix and act as an exfoliator, helping to slough off dry skin. This mixture can be used on the face, elbows, knees or any other dry spots you may have.

2-Epsom Salt Scrub

Many of us know that soaking in an Epsom salt bath helps relieve tired, sore muscles and ease stress, but Epsom salt can also be used in the crystal form to make a scrub for your whole body. This mineral compound in granular form exfoliates rough patches on the skin.

The Mix

Mix 2 tbsp of Epsom salt granules with 2 tbsp of olive oil and rub on dry patches of the skin, like knees and elbows. You can also add your favorite scented oil to this scrub for an aromatherapy effect. Lavender oil is a great scent to use and it helps to relieve stress and anxiety.

3-Baking Soda Scrub

Baking soda is one of the easiest to use exfoliators out there. Baking soda is just coarse enough to be able to remove the dead cells on the top layer of the skin without causing irritation. Individuals with acne have found that due to its properties as an exfoliant, baking soda helps alleviate their facial redness.

The Mix

Mix 1 tsp of baking soda with 1 tsp of water and apply to face; gently massage into skin for 1 minute and wash off.

Hope it ll help Good Luck :)

Two things, 1) Try an exfoliant from neutrogena or clean and clear (Just make sure that it does not have benezol peroxide in it, this will make your condition worse. Sallisylic acid is fine.) 2) Take a wash cloth or towel and soak it in cool water, ring all the water out and rub it in circular motions on your face.) Hope this was helpful!

How to remove dead skin on face?

take whatever face WASH you currently use and mix it with a TBSP of sugar. Then gently rub this on the face.

Your face wash is your normal routine one and since you use it everyday, this should not contribute to the drying of your face, otherwise you would stop using it. the sugar is the exfloiant in this and rubs off dead skin making your skin softer. I recommend doing this no more than twice a week as it can be rough.

remember to gently rub in the mixture. Key spots are the chin and nose.
good luck

Dead skin on face?

just get some st. ives invigorating apriot scrub.
it's just like a normal facewash,
but they're little beads in it.
use the tips of your fingers to massage the scrub of your face.
the beads in the facewash have a similar affect to microdermabrasion treatements.
st. ives scrub is wayyyy cheaper though.
&& you can do it yourself.
