Windows 8.1 Problems!!?
I am having the same problem! And it seems like I cannot find the solution either. Hopefully AMD will fix this soon. *Edit* I seemed to have fixed the problem! You may be able to skip to the last step, but I will list exactly what I did. 1. Uninstall ALL AMD drivers and software. 2. Restart your computer. 3. Download the newest Catalyst Control Central from the official amd site (http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/Pages/downloads.aspx) 4. When you install the new software, DO NOT put it in the default directory. Instead, create your own folder and install it there. It worked perfectly after all of that. Although step 4 may have to be the only thing required.
Bluetooth problem with windows 8?
i have installed a windows 8 in my laptop toshiba satellite c840 series but the bluetooth isnt working well. i can send files to other laptop/cellphones but i cant receive from other devices. i have installed the driver realtek bluetooth filter driver package for windows 7 and installed it in compatibility mode. still doesnt work out well. what should i do?

Windows 7 - Logon Theme Problem?
Don't ever install themes, they can mess up the registry and you may not be able to get back the brethren. Your original OS has its own original and default shell themes which cannot be altered or "replaced" in anyway. I don't recommend installing themes, unless they're from the official Microsoft website. These themes do more harm than good, they can inflict a lot of damage on the registry and ruin your shell32.dll and explorerframe.dll components, including explorer.exe. Step 1. Restart your computer and go into safe mode, then run command prompt and type "SFC /scannow" or "SFC /scanfile=C:windows/shell32.dll" and after that if it fixes the corrupt files, restart your computer and see if it is solved. Step 2. Use system restore, restore your computer back to the time when you did not install the theme, if it does not work, try step 1. If step 1 does not work, follow Step 3. Step 3. Either do a fresh install of your Windows OS or back up your data and then repair your computer to factory state. You need to go to a computer technician or possess a Windows 7 disc to install your OS back to the state it was, but you need to back up your files to prevent file loss. Hope I helped

Go to your system's BIOS. There you will find an option to enable legacy support. Enable legacy support. It maybe called BIOS support or something similar.Right now your BIOS seems to be in EFI only mode. If you want to use that mode, then while installation delete every single partition of the hard disk, you will finally see a single big raw partition, select it to install, Windows will automatically convert it to GPT. I would highly recommend doing this and GPT is much better than MBR system. It'll be great if you want to install other OS alongside Windows.
