In some cases, we can restore lost or deleted emails and instant messages (IMs). However, we cannot guarantee a successful restore, and there is a limited time frame in which a restore is possible. Recover deleted messages?
This depends on several factors. First, it depends on what program you're using to handle your texts. Some may come with a default backup option. Research your SMS (texting) software to see if it has this option. Also, check to see if your text messaging has a 'deleted' folder. This should be easily accessible in the menu options. If none of the above seems to apply, then unfortunately, you have permanently lost your text messages.
