How To Revise The Full Syllabus Of Botany Of Graduation For Preparing For Entrance Test That I Have

What's the current entrance exam syllabus for BSC in agriculture in Pantnagar University?

There are basically 4 parts of tre paper that is Genral ability and English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths/Biology. I Think NCERT of 11th and 12th will be be fine for the later 3 but now I think majority of the people giving entrance exam prepared for NEET so you have to be on paar with them on the preparations front.I'm going to tell you some points other than the curriculum part that may help you in entrance exam.Make Notes, hand written notes are the best, Study every minute point and keep on revising.Don't waste your time on Qs/Mcq banks, mcqs never repeat. Even if they do they'll be 2 or 3. So it's not practical to waste time on them just to 2 questions. There's a book for pantnagar entrance by Arihant Publishers , it will help you with the General Ability & English part of the paper. Don't even look at other parts of that book like Physics, Chemistry, Bio/Maths because they are useless. You can simply buy it off the book stores or if it's not available you can search flipkart it's available there.Google and note down the state symbols and little bit of Genral Knowledge of Uttrakhand as they sometimes pop up in the qs paper ex-State Tree is Rhododendron.

What is the syllabus for the BHU UET BSc in Maths (hons)?

There is not any single book reading which you will qualify the exam.Having command over 10+2 syllabus is crucial. If you have prepared or preparing for JEE or Medicals you have an extra edge because some questions are of higher level than that of 10+2.Go through last years question papers and you will have great idea about nature of questions.Whatever book you study you should be able to solve last years papers. Still I will try to give some idea; Physics - Studying HC Verma is more than enough. You can leave tougher sections and problems. You must be very clear with concepts. Most of the numericals are average and don't need HC Verna level of intelligence to solve.Focus more on concepts. You can go for any reference book recommended for 10+2 but read thouroughly and don't be selective if you have remained on 10+2 level books.Mathematics - You must be very very familiar with relations and functions and their notations.I will recommend RD Sharma. Complex number is 2nd most important chapter. Its toughest part of paper. You should not rely on 10+2 books , that will damage your chances . See previous papers and practice accordingly. Be familiar with binary system .It has 2 questions every year.Chemistry - Easiest , most scoring and my favourite.10+2 level reference books could make you able to score 100+ out of 150 with least effort. However studying thoroughly can help you to score 125+ .It would boost you chances.Biology - Sorry ,no idea. You can contact me for any other info. regarding BSc entrance exam..

How tough is to crack UGC NET?

Yes it is very difficult to crack UGC NET but it is possible. The NET is conducted every year to determine the eligibility for the JRF and Assistant Professor and the syllabus for the exam in each subject is huge and in depth. As the UGC made NET mandatory for the recruitment of assistant professor in Universities and Government Colleges, every aspirant including even those who have completed PhD also write the exam.To qualify the UGC NET, you have to compete with the best among the best candidates who aspire to become assistant professors or researchers in Universities or Research institutions. In my opinion, there is no such single book which will cover all the syllabus so you have to read multiple books which are prescribed for post graduation. As I have qualified KSET and NET in computer science, based on my experience I would like to give you some tips which might help you.Begin with the subject you are interested in.If possible, make notes which are important and will help you during revision.Solve previous years question papers on your own.It would be great if you can read 4 - 5 hours daily.Read multiple books depends on your requirement because you may not find every topic in every book. You should focus on the subject which will help you to score well. You have to revise subjects before the exam (atleast 60–70% of the syllabus as it is very difficult to read whole syllabus). All the best.
