Should I drive without car insurance to save money?

DONT DO IT!!!!! DONT!! Trust me it's not worth it. I did that and got caught within 3 days of ownership. It goes on your driving record and stays on there for 3 years (NY). Driving jobs won't hire you, you pay fines, you have to go to court, your car gets impounded. It's not worth it. If you can't afford insurance right now save money and don't drive until you can. You won't save anything at all by trying to avoid the law. There's cameras everywhere, and those cops are ruthless. They WILL catch you, this is not 2005 this is 2016 the tech is there: the fix is in.

Should I drive without car insurance to save money?

In some countries, you won't have a choice, since availing of an insurance is a requirement in registering your vehicle. Therefore, you should get yourself an insurance, typically a third party insurance. This is intended to indemnify the third party, incase of a fortuitous event, of whatever injuries he/she may acquire.Unless you are able to persuade your government in exempting you from such regulation, and that you are a very good driver and you will never be damaging anything or anyone while driving. But talking of its practically and saving money, consider this theoretical scenario:You got your insurance, asking you for a $100 premium every month, that is $1200 in a year. You have been driving for 20 years now, that's $24,000 contribution by then. But unluckily, some drunk jerk jumped into the road and it was too late for you to avoid him, thus, you hit him. A good citizen you are, you brought him to the hospital, then the doctor told you that Mr. Drunkard has a broken leg, and is not recoverable. A jerk as he is, denying of his fault in jumping into the road, he demanded you to pay for the hospital bill and for his artificial leg, or else he will file a case against you. Then you remembered that you had an insurance, so you called your insurance company for your claim.A few weeks later everybody is happy. Mr. Drunkard is now sobber with his new leg. And you haven't spend tons of money to pay the hospital bills and/or possible lawsuit. Latter did you know that your insurance had gained interest and that it was able to cover all the expenses.Of course, the coverage of your insurance will be according to your agreement with the insurance company, where things might get trick so you need to review the agreement carefully, and complain if something doesn't sound right.

How do I save money on auto insurance as an international student in New Jersey?

Auto insurance in New Jersey is high and usually higher for students because of many factors including age etc. And on top of that being an international student without much of a driving history does not help either. Here are some of the things you could consider that could help reduce your premiums:--Buy an inexpensive car and have liability coverage only. (Usually not advisable and depends on state's insurance coverage restrictions.)--Belong to AARP or other clubs that provide some discount--Taking a defensive driving course may help --Buy a car which is highly rated for safety features may help reduce premiums--Some companies offer "good student" discounts--Paying your premium in bulk(6 months instead of monthly) will usually get a small discount--Being an additional driver on someone else's insurance policy(Usually older and established person with good driving history). Usually this applies to domestic families, such as an 18 year old teenager listed as additional driver under his fathers insurance policy.Hope this helps.

Do most senior cavemen/cavewomen use Geico for auto insurance?!?!?!?!?

I am quite a young cave-woman and I happened to just switch to Geico from Allstate. They saved me almost 50% on my auto insurance! ($140.00/mo with Allstate, $73.00/mo with Geico for the EXACT same policy)

So, I don't know if most Senior Cavemen and Cavewomen use Geico, however, I know I do!! =D
