What I find most surprising about the United States of America in the 21st Century is just how far to the left a large proportion of her citizens have leaned especially the young. In my youth back in the 60s America viewed socialism with a horror bordering on phobia but that was when her people were prepared to earn “The American Dream.” Now the young expect it on a plate, it’s as if they have an automatic right to the good life.Okay, so Donald Trump doesn’t always smell of roses and he does drop the occasional brick but he is a patriot who believes in putting America and Americans, first. He said he would get America back to work and he has, unemployment is the lowest it has been since before Obama. Industrial output is up and taxes have been cut. He said he wouldn’t take any crap from North Korea or Iran and he has stood up to both. He said he would take steps to secure America’s borders and he has and his ban on some Muslims from entering the country is adding to that security.The snowflakes and liberals scream and shout and call Mr Trump Islamophobic when really he is only doing what other Western countries wish their own governments would do. On Quora he has been compared to the Nazis and Adolf Hitler which just goes to show how little the youth of today know of history and how easily they can be fooled.As Abraham Lincoln once said. ” You cannot enrich the poor, by impoverishing the rich.” Unrestricted immigration has the potential to impoverish America, Trump sees it and is doing something about it. Why? Have you ever considered the terrible presidents the US has had of late? Obama was smooth but weak. Did nothing to protect the US was a conciliator supreme. Just kept the status quo for eight years.His foreign policy was weak as well. He was (unlike Trump) not a particular lover of Israeli Zionist policies. Yet he was so weak he was unable to push Israel to make any accommodations in eight years. Obama was the guy that could have brought Middle East peace but he was just so iffy.Bush was worst! Afghanistan attacked us, but instead of making that the focal point of his outreach he takes on Iraq, for no reason except Sadam wanted to kill his daddy. Along the way he creates ISIS. But who cares, he avenged his daddy!No one looked at the US and how it was being treated. They were all concerned with their legacies.
