Why not try uninstalling it and reinstalling? AndreaMosaic works for me - on Windows 7. Online image editors/mosaic makers usually have a catch - like limited size, having to upload images, registering an account, etc, etc. AndreaMosaic is certainly one of the most powerful I've found plus it allows for high resolution images - plus it's completely free and safe, and no catch. What is the best way to send high resolution photos online so my friend can print them in high res?
The best way to send them at true resolution would be to simply email them. It may take several emails depending on your mailbox limits but they arrive at their original resolution. Using zip folders and online servers actually compresses the data and so there is always some associated loss of resolution.

iPhoto cannot do this. Actually no program can REALLY do it. You can upsize a photo to a higher resolution number, but it will still not be a true high resolution photo. It is only resampled and often will look very poor when upsized. You need a program such as Photoshop to do the resizing at a higher resolution. iPhoto is only a basic adjustment editer, not capable of resolution changes. steve
Trying to find a high resolution photo of Madonna?
I am wanting to have a custom wall mural made of Madonna. The photo here is what I sent to the company, but they said the resolution was too small. So I'm trying to find a high resolution photo of her to use. I would like it to be preferably black and white (not a must, though) and as much to a full body as possible. Hopefully something similar to the attached photo. The dimensions of the mural are 32.25" wide and 85" high.

Why does it take so long to send photos...especially when you know email address is correct...Is system slow?

Is it common to ask for full payment before delivery of photos?
Hey- I'm a photographer and I've more recently started shooting weddings professionally. Recently I photographed a wedding and I've been waiting for the couple to make the final payment before I send out the full resolution images. I've never had a problem before (and I've shot quite a few weddings at this point) but this particular bride does not want to make the final payment until AFTER the full res images are delivered. It states in my contract that full payment has to be made before delivery of the final edited full res images. They can view the proofs on my site and they're really happy with the pictures... they just don't want to pay until the images are delivered. However, I'm taking the stance of I don't really want to send out the images until I get final payment for two reasons. 1: It's in the contract. 2: then the ball is completely in their court and this bride has been particularly flaky so I'm a little worried about just flat out never getting paid. Am I in the wrong to want to hold my ground until I receive full payment? Is it common for photographers to request payment in full before delivery or am I being a hard *** in this situation? I try and always be a relaxed, easy going person and I've definitely never had any issues in the past but this just kind of has me wondering who's in the wrong?
