If your relationship with your parents is a good one, then before you do a petition, I'd actually have you speak to your parents. Tell them the situation, and ask them to speak to your principal. Often, adults have more power in situations like this then kids do. And it may well be that the principal can not fire her, because of union rules. He may be disciplining her according to those rules. You don't know the situation there, and he likely won't, and can't, tell you or your parents. But at least they can register their displeasure, and he will hear them. And that is of value. A petition will do nothing in this situation except antagonize the people involved. But personal complaints to the principal? Those might work.

My first grade teacher was absolutely kind and wonderful.Second through fourth grade, I had the wicked witch of the west for a teacher. I hated her guts.My fifth through eighth grade teacher was ok, just on the bipolar side. I never knew if he would be in a good mood, or whether he would take me behind the schoolhouse and whip me with a belt because I looked at the floor or something while he was lecturing me.My first through eighth grades were spent in a two room rural schoolhouse with abut 40 students total. There were three in my grade.Freshman in high school. Most of the teachers just seemed to be there for the paycheck, and so was I.Sophomore, more of the freshman year, with some of the same teachers.Junior year, I took Chemistry, an elective with a teacher so good that I took physics the next year just to have him for a teacher. I made straight A’s in both of those subjects. I actually looked forward to his class.

A tenured teacher most certainly CAN be fired. In my state, the main reasons would be incompetence, immorality, intolerance, cruelty, and persistent negligence. Tenure gives limited protection such as needing two consecutive unsatisfactory ratings instead of just one. However there is practically nothing an individual student can do. Parents can discreetly contact the school administration and state their sincere concerns. The administrator would have to compile and document evidence. They could do this overtime during classroom observations, interviews with her, and other ways that can produce ways to document evidence including security tapings in the school. If they find cause, they can pursue it. It is a very long process but it is fair and according to law. If they can document enough, she could find that she may choose to resign rather than face a hearing and firing for intolerant behavior. If you are serious, start to compile your own record. Date each entry. What did she do? Who was a witness? Cite examples of how girls are treated differently. Say NOTHING about this to any classmate or friend. DON'T let them see your annotations. After getting some evidence, look back and see if it is really a problem with all boys, or just you and a few others. If is all, talk it over with your parents. See if they will go forward. Do not take your own notes to the principal because it won't reflect well on you.

When I am student :I am a student, and I am expect my Teacher is………..Teachers must be friendly with us. Some teachers are always in bed mood and get angry immediately on us.Teachers must try to understand us what they are teach, not to rote like a parrot.Teachers must give us H.W only 1 or 2 because we have HW of other subjects. Do you have a friend in that class that would be willing to repeat what that teacher said? Or more than one? If so, you have witnesses!Go to the Principal and report this. Tell them who your witnesses are but suggest that their names not be used to protect your friends.Go to your parents and report this.Demand that the Principal, teacher, parents and you have a meeting to discuss this. I would request a personal apology given to you (and anyone else he’s shamed for any other reason) in front of the entire class.This teacher needs to be reprimanded, retrained/counseled and observed.This is abuse. One day this couch fat-shamed my son and told him he was lousy at the sport and to just sit it out because he was ruining it for everyone else. He just couldn’t stop saying more and more throughout the hour class. That night my son told me and my hubby (stepdad) about it. The next PE class my husband showed up. Couch is about 5′5″, hubby is 6′2″. Class is going on and my hubby stood right next to the couch the whole time. Finally he said in his best deep voice, “I heard what you put my son through. That will never, ever happen again. You’ve been warned.” Then he walked off and went back to work. No threats, but he never did that to any other student in that class the rest of the years my son was in that school.
