How to shrink a bra cup size?
i hate my boobs every time i see a girl with small boobs i wish i was them im only around a C but i wanna be a small B i want my boobs to be smaller but i dont kno any workouts or exercises to make them shrink? any advise on different bras to wear or exercises ?
Can bras shrink in a dryer?
I just got 2 brand new bras and they don't fit.They're just a little to big. My mom thinks i'll grow into them, i know i probably won't.I'm usually a size 38C but my mom told me to get the next size up which is 40C.I think the bras i got are nylon, so can i shrink that? It really does frustrates me that i can't find a really good bra that's super comfortable and that the wires don't poke at me.

I'm 18yrs old and I'm anorexic. Since the beginning I've had small breasts but since I developed this eating disorder, I watched my breasts drastically shrink. If I wear a top without a bra, I look totally flat! PERIOD. I bet a 9yr old has more breasts than me. I have this cute dress for my birthday and for the xmas season but they don't fit properly, especially the chest area. PLEASE don't laugh. I agree with almost everyone, I have a friend who had huge breasts and instead of losing weight and toning her chest like she should have she had a reduction done, it was a really stupid waste of money and frankly she looks ridiculous with a huge gut and tiny boobs now. With exercise your breasts will go down in size, you can also do chest exercises to tone and shape the area, which will also decrease the size. You should get a good diet going and do some hard cardio work at least a few times a week. In addition you should be doing benchpress (all variations), flys, and pushups a few times a week. Keep your weight as high enough so you can only complete 5-8 repetitions of the exercise without a break and be sure to repeat the exercises 3x taking breaks between. good luck!

My friend is a transvestite (woman to man) and she has like E cup boobs, but she wears a binder that makes them pretty much flat. Idk how long she'd had it on for but when she took it off and put a bra on she was a C cup. Just wondering if these changes are permanent really
