Before undertaking any course through distance learning, one should note thatUniversity conducting the said course is approved by university grant CommissionSaid course is approved by DEC( Distance Education Council)In presence of above two,Distance Learning Course is valid as a qualification at par with regular course qualification.I am very much glad to inform you that you are in positive position to open a medical shop .If you did not have the qualification ie Diploma in Pharmacy, you have to recruit a pharmacist for medical shop and this is mandatory as per rules.So you have accurate qualification for your purposes.

However, it's not the right tool for every instructional job, and should be used mainly in short, engaging bursts supplemented by instructors and dialogue for higher order learning, and performance support for just in time reference.As far as data, if you design assessments and simulations well and track them in a learning management system, you can identify knowledge gaps that may be driving operational failures. This is difficult to do well though, as questions and simulations need to be realistic and incisive. If it ends up feeling like 'spying from The Man' as opposed to "challenge yourself!", failure is probable. Tight collaboration with ops is necessary to make things like this work, but you needed that anyway, right?Regarding the other pieces you should sell with e-learning, one is a blended approach, e.g. "we can get folks up to speed solo, then bring them into live instruction to lock in the learning. This will reduce trainer costs and allow people to learn during slow times." The other piece to go with your e-learning sales pitch would be performance support, a.k.a. online reference materials. This includes documents, posters, cheat sheets, short videos, etc. indexed for quick and easy location. Adult learners are highly motivated to learn at the moment they need to know something to get a job done. Just bear in mind that slide based e-learning doesn't work for performance support, so forget about dual purposing your e-learning. It's generally too clunky to rapidly find what you need. In summary, ideally, sell a blended learning ecosystem backed by performance support. We're in a knowledge economy, where organizations succeed or fail based on their ability to learn and adapt. E-learning is a very useful, but sometimes overused and abused as a one size fits all tool, to that end.
