It will guide you through each section, and by the time your done, you'll know exactly what you're doing. Next make sure to file with the state: Go online and get their business start-up form, fill it out and file it at the state building. It'll cost about $300. This will enable you to start business accounts at the bank (when your business license arrives a.k.a your "Articles") Now you will want to look for a loan from the bank or an investment group. The better your plan looks the better your chances of getting the money you need!

It would seem to me that to start a business with no money, you would have to offer a service that people are willing to pay you to do. Perhaps as a personal shopper or dog walking. The key is to figure out what service you would like to offer and how much you would charge for doing it.
