Can I start my own company while still employed with another company?

Yes, generally there is no restriction on condition that you are carrying out a non-competing business. However, your employment contract may limit you from working elsewhere simultaneously.Contract clauses are aimed at clearly defining the duties, rights and privileges that each party has under the contract terms. Please check your employment agreement.

How can one start an IT company?

Actually Its fairly easy and so much profitable ,if you start the firm by your own.I was working as a software programmer in many companies from 2007,right after my graduation. It took me almost 3 years to learn the magic of starting my own business. And i registered my own IT firm in 2010 and working with out any serious issues through 2016.Now let me tell you what you need to know and have,in order to start your own company.First thing to take care is the Location. I recommend you to get near to town area ,so that you have a better exposure and easily findable to clients.Second is study and confirm ,Who would your initial target client / s be. Not the whole clients, but you need to have atleast one ,prior to starting up your company. So that you can have that easy flow.Third is get the pro marketing guys work for you. They will help you to get the momentum running.Fourth is , You may not be having the competitive advantage over your competitors as it is a start up.But you can always attract people to you by providing promising services and best of the offers. And now Fifth but not the last ,I started as a one man firm, initially. Then after 2 months i recruited on girl. Then after couple of weeks two more guys and so on.And in  three years , i was having 6 office staffs and 5 marketing guys working for externally.PS : IT market is dominated by established big companies and owners of big establishments not always want to take the risk of hiring small start up guys.Still you can achieve more standard as your way through.Credit : Pure personal experiences.

How do I start my own car company like Hyundai?

First off, let me tell the truth that I'm no millionaire, I'm an ordinary man. I've read Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and I do know that EVERYTHING is possible. So i have come up with an idea to start my own car company like Hyundai. Now i certainly don't know how to do that. I mean i know i can do it but i just don't see how to take that first step. I have this goal and dream. I'm ready to stake everything for my dream. There's a certain new heat in my body again and I feel energetic more than ever before. I've got to live and die for this dream. I know its pretty hard and some say i can't do it which is really demoralising. I'm just so afraid of failure that there's a certain vibration of hesitation in my legs. The new Hyundai Genesis are mind blowing and i want to create something like that and huge than that and leave a legacy. So there are two ways i can possibly open my own car company. First is that I can do a CA(chartered accountancy) and then CPA(Certified public accountancy). And then go so far in business just like John D. Rockefeller. But i want to create my own identity. And then when i am a successful business, then I'd own Hyundai and rename it as SalCar and bring it to new heights. Second way is that i can take a loan from credit union and start investing in car businesses and eventually own Hyundai. Its gonna be hard i know and i am afraid i might fail and end up laughed at. I know whatever a mind of a man can conceive, it can achieve. But whats that first step i should take? If i do mechanical engineering, then just know that there a very little money one can earn in this profession. I'm just so mad about this dream. So now what should i do? Do the first thing or the second one? Some told me that the great companies of today would kick me out of the business before i even start my own company. What should i do? I'm really desperate and it has become the obsession of my life. I want to create my legacy and revolutionize the whole vehicle bus

How do I prepare if I want to start my own company?

You don't need to start a business to be an entrepreneur.  You can be entrepreneurial within an existing organization ... and everyone should.  You can be an entrepreneur in a large company, in government, in the military, as a teacher, and more.My definition of an entrepreneur:"Someone that steals office supplies from home and brings them to work."The most important thing that anyone can do to prepare themselves for starting a company is to always try to think like an owner.  Owners tend to make short-term trade-offs for long-term gains.  Owners work tirelessly to increase shareholder value.  Owners fight tirelessly to build long-term value.  Owners are concerned that the foundation is strong.  Owners grow the employees around them.  And owners are ALWAYS concerned with the culture of an organization and fixing the culture.

How Do I Start My Own film Production Company?

You have to "think big" but start small. You aren't going to make a Hollywood feature film as a beginner. (I know, it's been done a time or two, but the odds are greatly against it.)

I've been there (starting a film company) and I know many others who have done the same thing. Here's the basics.

To start, you need: a. talent b. equipment. (And yes, money, but I'll cover that in a bit).

Your best place to start is doing short video projects for companies (a plant tour, a corporate video, etc.) Find a friend who owns (or works for) a small business, and see if you can produce a video for this firm. Price is low enough to make it attractive, but high enough so you can use the money you make to buy equipment. Do a great job on that first one, then repeat the prices

By the way, don't quit your day job yet. This way, you can put back all the money you make doing projects back into the business.

If you are really destined to make in in this business, you will think about your goals day and night. (If you aren't doing this, be aware that your competitors -- who want the same thing you do -- IS obsessed with making it in film.)

Once you have a film or two completed, you have some good work to show, and you can began to market yourself. And, if you have talent, and your own style, you will be able to choose the direction you want for your film company.

Good luck.

Do I have to learn coding to start my own tech company?

Do you have to? No. Would it benefit you substantially? Yes.I say “Yes” based on my personal experiences. For some reason people have gotten the idea that building a technology company is the only business where no experience is necessary with anything except business itself.Think about what starting your own business in tech requires you to be. It requires you to initially lead yourself but eventually be a leader to others. If you start a tech company and more specifically a company that actively develops software (since you mention coding) the majority of the people you lead will eventually be engineers. You’ll need their respect in order to make everybody successful. Most of the idolized figures of now and the past (e.g. Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Elon Musk…) all started out essentially engineering something either alone or with partners; eventually their lives became more business-oriented once things took off and they had a business to nurture but not the other way around. In closing, if you were going to start the “ACME Train Company” would it not be beneficial to understand how trains and their systems work in order to not only allow you to properly build a vision that may be more likely to be successful but also to aid you when conducting business? Learning to understand what basic programming/coding is and how to engineer a product for said tech company is not absolutely positively necessary but IMO it increases your chances of having a relatively successful adventure rather than a pipe dream dramatically.
