How to starve yourself?

Don't give me oh it's bad for you you'll end up anorexic. I could care less about that. I just want to lose weight and I don't care if starving yourself isn't healthy. Oh and how long should I exercise for? Btw I'm 15 and I weigh 147 and I'm 5'1. I JUST WANT AN ANSWER ON HOW TO STARVE YOURSELF. Thanks

How to starve yourself and not get hungry?

Drink water. Tons of it. It has no calories so it won't make you gain weight. And if you drink a lot, it will take up the space in your stomach causing you not to be hungry. And also sugar free gum, chew it when you feel the urge to eat, and your hunger will go away. As for excerise tips, do push ups and sit ups. And go running or walking as often as possible. Any form of excercise when the oppertunity comes, and check calories on things you do eat. Hope this helps! :) I am the same age as you.

How do you starve yourself?

Ok people are going to call me stupid for even anwsering this for you, but i liturally starved myself for like a long time and i lost sooooo much weight, even though i became so unhealthy i lost it all so fast everyone was asking me how i done it. The way to last a week is like basically not eat any breakfast, not eat any lunch, no snacks at all in between, and if you feel like it the tinyest bit of dinner, and by the tinyest bit i mean for example a spoon of rice and half a chicken nugget lol.. all i practically survived on was water... i drank water all the time non stop and even though waters good theres nothing that can stop you collasping, collapsed loads of times.. i became really pale, became really ill, my mum dragged me to the doctors to try and help me, didnt do anything because by that time my stomach had closed up so much i didnt really want to eat anymore.. if you do it for long enough thats what it will feel like, like u dont need to anymore.. just know hun i got extremly unhealthy had to have blood tests, diabeties scares.. had to take iron tablets.. if u want to know more email me sumfiingwhoah@yahoo.com..

A HEALTHY way to starve yourself?

Okay, I'm 17 and 263 lbs (Fat right? I know..) Well anyway my best friend was telling me about how he starved himself in middle school because he was way overweight. Now he is smaller, not annorexic but a healthy slim and he looks really good.

Well I told him I wanted to try it, but I wanted to do it without sticking my finger down my throat and not eating anything period.

So I was wondering how do you starve yourself, without it being too unhealthy?

How long do you think it will take with me doing that for me to lose the weight?

How long can you starve yourself till you faint?

It really depends on who you are and if your body is in any way used to being starved. People with anorexia and people starving go through mood swings because they are hungry and are having a dozen cravings for different foods at once and are trying to keep their resolve which can make them angry or sad. Other times they can be really happy or hyper because their body is producing adrenaline to keep them going, when they can't do that anymore is usually when they pass out.

I personally lasted four days of restricting before almost passing out (I tried really hard not to) and then had a cinnamon doughnut and a glass of water.

This is really not something you want to start, believe me, it's horrible and addictive.

I'm a 13 year old girl and I weigh 89 pounds. I don't like my body at all. I was a vegan for about a year until I came down with strep throat and started eating dairy again. I'm back to being vegan after a long recovery, but I'm still not appreciative on my body. Any serious advice, please? I don't want to hear "Starving yourself is not the way to go...Blah blah blah" I would love to be 67 pounds again like I was 2 years ago. I was almost anorexic, but I loved the way I looked.

If you got dizzy last time, you will probably get dizzy again.

When you start eating again you gain any and all weight back you lost and sometimes even more some.

If you know it is not the healthiest way and it didn't work before why are you going to try to do it again now?

You are not "very different than other people", as many people may try to eat less but end up eating more (like myself at times).

You need to work on gaining more self-esteem and finding the positives about yourself. If you really need to lose weight (not that we can judge not knowing you height/weight), you need to eat healthy and balanced meals while also exercising regularly. It is the healthiest way to lose weight and keep it off.
