Telling your teacher you got your period?
I'm a mom and here is what one of my daughters did. Get those very thin stick on panty liners. Wear them everyday to school. If you get your period, then no one will know. They will last until you can get to a bathroom and do have a few larger pads stored in your locker or bookbag. I suggest panty liners everyday, so you don't have an accident, since you've never had your period before. I usually suggest this to girls anyway, since periods are irregular at first. Just ask to go to the bathroom, but if you can't, then you are prepared. The panty liner will definitely work for an hour or two.

oh my god you've asked this 3 times already! in one of your earlier ones you said you were IN the washroom asking this on your cell phone now how could that be if you're not allowed to leave the classroom to go there? also, if you're in class then how are you asking this? wouldn't you get in trouble for using your phone? and one more thing- you said you were in canada now depending on the time zone you're in it's either 6:30, 7:30, 8:30 or 9:30 p.m. there so why would you be going to school at night? you said you are going to be in that class all day, well the day is over stop spamming the question board with fake questions! and if this is real (which i highly doubt it's not) then just tell her how should we know how she's going to react? we don't know her

I can tell you. Have really heavy periods since you. Put them in places where. They aren't needed. If she doesn't let you go, tell her she's gonna have to clean up the mess herself when you bleed through. My sister did that once lmao. Her teacher wasn't letting her go to the bathroom, so she said, "Okay, if you want blood all over your seat, fine." You don't have to be that harsh, though. Just say it's a female emergency or something. Hopefully they'll understand, and if not pull out the "you'll have to clean it up" card.
How to tell an guy gym teacher about your period?
Ok. Were swimming in school gym class and I'm not allowed to use tampons and I got my period today. How should I tell my MALE gym teacher about this and why i can't go/get in the pool. I would be fine if I had the female one but I don't! Should I have my mom write a note for him, if so what should it say. Also what could I tell him.......telling him I have cramps and don't feel well won't get me out of swimming.
How to tell male teachers your on your period?
Last month I was walking into class and I asked the teacher if I could go to the bathroom. He said if I have enough time to talk to boys in the Hall I could have went to the bathroom. I walked all the way to my locker just to get a pad. Then I go into the class and ask before he started his lesson for him to say no. So I had to sit there uncomfortable for 47 minutes. We only have 3 minutes in-between classes. That's not enough time to walk to the bathroom and not be late to class. I have all male teachers. I am 13 and I don't like to even talk to my dad about my period so how can I talk yo a teacher?

If you are uncomfortable telling him outright, then ask your mother to write a note to give to any teachers, explaining why you must be excused from class. If you are confident and unphased, then say it's a "women's problem", give him a look and he'll know what you mean. I once came on during a double period and didnt realise til I stood up to get a pen, i simply walked past my teacher and said "I have to go to the bathroom, sorry."...I would have made a mess if i'd stayed to explain.
