How To Tone Body Legs Stomach Read Before Answering

I need to tone my legs,thighs, and stomach FAST!?

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF< that will just take longer for u to lose weight, cuz since ur not getting enough energy from food, ur body has to store ur fat for energy, so it creates more fat. Thus, u get fatter instead of just eatin enough and burning the calories which is a much faster and more effective way! DONT DO ANY PILLS, VIDEOS< OR CDS (losing weight doesnt have to cost money) OR ANY OTHER STUFF(SLIM FAST) YOU CAN STILL EAT GOOD FOODS, JUST IN MODERATION. DONT LIMIT YOURSELF< IF YOU REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT HERES A GREAT PLAN THAT REALLY WORKS:
Every day do:
25 push ups
25 sit ups
15 leg lifts
(*FOR THE THREE ABOVE: IF U FEEL LIKE THE BURN ISNT ENOUGH, ADD MORE REPS> FOR INSTANCE MONDAY AND TUESDAY U DO 25, THEN ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY ADD 5 more, THEN ON FRIDAY ADD ANOTHER 5 and so on.)
Go riding a bike for 30-60 minutes at least 4 times a week
Walk to and from places if its possible to

Run a mile once a week
Swim twice a week for a half hour
FOOD:
Eat all three meals a day, just dont overfeed.
Take your time when eating.
If you want any snacks in between, eat celery/carrots or something healthy.
No soda
WATER
When you want flavor badly, drink crystal light.
For breakfast, have cereal or yoghurt.
For lunch, have a salad or sanwich with whole wheat bread
For dinner, enjoy yourself, but dont pig out or have super unhealthy foods...example:::fried chicken with a side of french fries and chocolate cake for dessert!!! UHH NOOO!!
NO ICE CREAM
Eat 1 hour after waking up(if u can) and 3 hours before u go to bed.
Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep. When your body is deprived of sleep your appiteite increases by 15%.

NO POPCORN< CANDY
NO CHIPS
FRIED FOODS ONLY 1 time per week
NO COOKIES/cake
(WHEN I SAY NO blah blah blah,,, it means u can have it, but like 1 time per week or 2 weeks if you choose.)
***SOME EXTRA TIPS:
Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour.
Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils.
Read food labels, often times they say stuff is "healthy" and it really isnt. For instance, if u see that there is more than 20 grams of sugar in a candy bar, thats high so u should limit that candy bar to like 1 time per week! Get the point?

How to tone a flat stomach in 2 weeks?

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal

crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Lose weight before i tone my body?

well u should do toning weight lifting excerises 3 times a week...than 3-5 times a week do cardio...

for cardio run, swim or jog or whatever kind of cardio u do...do it hard and fast...u lose calories when u heart rate is up...

for example if u run for 20 minutes...or walk for an hr...running for 20 minutes will help u lose more weight...or calories...

weight lifting for toning purposes helps with weight loss...it burns that area that u are working out...

for example if u are doing a squat it will burn calories in the leg area(quads, hamsrtrings, and glutes)...

for toning do an excerise for each muscle...do that excerise 20-22 reps...and do 2 sets...

Shoulders-shoulder press
biceps-hammer curls
triceps-dips
chest-cable crossover or bench press
abs-crunches
legs-squat, lunges, calf raises
upper back-pullups
lower back-back extensions

make sure u eat well or this will be for NOTHING...

cut down on sugar,salt...

no fast food, no fried foods, no soda, alcohol...

drink lots of water...eat vegetables, take ur vitamins...

I'm 13 years old.... how can i get toned and fit? 10 POINTS FOR BEST ANSWER PLZ?

i'm a girl and 13 and i want to get fit! you know flat stomach and toned legs and arms! i don't necessarilly want a 6 pack just a flat stomach and you know a toned body. how can i do it! i'm 5'4 13 yrs old and weigh 125 pounds! my stomach isn't fat just not toned and i dunno what exercises i can use to do that. i only found the first part of p90x ab ripper x online for free but i can't find the 2nd part of the workout for free and i don't want to purchase it way to much money! how do i tone my arms and legs WITHOUT lifting weights? what foods should i eat for breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner? also what can i do to maintain a strong metabolism?

i'm skinny just not toned and fit.... just skinny.
