How To Treat Bloating

How to reduce bloating?

1. Increase your water intake (it actually helps in the long run!!)
2. Avoid too much sodium (avoid soda, chips...)
3. Exercise

Fennel tea can also work to ease both bloating and gas.
Just brew a tablespoon or so of fennel in a tea strainer and drink several cups a day. Fennel tastes like licorice and has anti-gas as well as anti-spasmodic properties, making it especially helpful for IBS. It's also a very safe herbal remedy that you can use daily without any risks.

Hope it helped!! =]

How do I get rid of the bloating in a betta fish?

There are a few reasons why a betta (or any fish) might begin bloating, and with that more than one possible treatment. One of the most common causes is constipation. This could be caused by overfeeding or lack of roughage in its diet. If you haven't seen your betta defecate in a while, and it has stopped eating, then you are probably dealing with constipation. You can start treatment by fasting your betta until the blockage passes. You can also try feeding your betta a shelled pea, which has lots of roughage. This may help to pass the clog. If your betta recovers, try reducing the amount of food you feed per day and try skipping a meal every other day. If your food is too dry when the betta feeds, try soaking it in some water before feeding.Another possible cause is swim bladder disorder, which can come about from some injury or severe constipation. You'll notice your betta has a hard time remaining upright, reaching the surface, and staying at the surface. If your betta is having trouble reaching the surface, lower the water level to make it easier. If caused by constipation, use the methods above to help treat it. If injury is the cause, you may just have to wait it out.Lastly, another cause could be kidney failure. If this is the case, your betta will not be able to properly expel fluid waste, which will begin to build up in its body. This is called “dropsy”. Different things can trigger this like poor water quality and/or stress. If it persists, your betta scales will stick out, making it look a bit like a pinecone. You may also notice your betta hanging in the water at a strange angle. If caught early, it can be treated with epsom salt. Otherwise it is usually fatal. This once happened to a dwarf gourami of mine, very sad.

How to treat a kitten with a bloated stomach?

Get the kitten to the vet right away. It likely has a large parasite load or another issue. We can’t solve that, and neither can you. Take it to the vet now.

How can I treat my kitten's bloated belly?

It's likely that your kitten has worms. You need to take her to the vet, along with a fresh stool sample. This will enable the vet to make a firm diagnosis and prescribe a treatment. At the same time, he or she can perform a physical exam, making sure that your kitten is otherwise healthy, and administer the first set of vaccinations.

How can I treat a bloated face due to allergies?

General discussion of allergy treatments, since I’m not your doctor.Well, the first thing we consider is to find out what you’re allergic to and if you can avoid it, avoid it. Mitigate exposure to pets, dust mites, mold, whatever. If its an unavoidable allergen, you can treat the effects of exposure.Oral antihistamines will help block the histamine response-the itchy, watery, sneezy mess that we all become when our allergies are bad.Nasal steroids do a good job of reducing nasal inflammation. There are also nasal antihistamines. They work like the oral ones, but can be given in a higher dose to get a stronger effect. There are also leukotriene modifiers. They can help a bit with allergies, but usually less than the antihistamine/nasal steroid combo.Patients with eye involvement often need eyedrops. There are anti-inflammatory eyedrops and anti-histamine eyedrops. (systemic and nasal medicines do a lousy job of getting into the eyes, and the eyes are a key exposure point to environmental allergens. Finally, we consider allergen desensitization. There are both injected (allergy shots) and sublingual (tablet) ways to do this, depending on what the patient is allergic to and what products are available. Allergy shots reverse the allergic process, and after a few years you’ll hopefully be less (or not at all) allergic. So, avoid, treat, and reverse.

How do you treat cramps and bloating during ovulation? Why does this occur?

Frequent application of towels dipped in hot water to the lower abdomen. Use Ibuprofen tablets 200–400mg three times a day with meals. Ibuprofen needs to be started at least two to three days prior to the onset. This achieves good blood levels. This may help reduce if not eliminate this painful experience. In some countries, other anti inflammatory pills like Diclofenac (Voltaren) or Naprosyn may be available to purchase without a prescription. Human response to anti inflammatory medications is so variable. There is no perfect anti inflammatory pill that works with everyone. Trying one anti inflammatory medication at different times may help anyone decide which can work for them.Anti inflammatory medications have to have reached an acceptable sustainable blood levels for them to work. One may need 600–800 milligrams of Ibuprofen at each dose to achieve the desired level of pain relief.Never ever take any anti inflammatory pill on an empty stomach. Paracetamol/ Acetamionophen (Panadol or Tylenol) is an analgesic and not anti inflammatory. It can be safe on empty stomach. Some people may need two pills (1000mg ) or higher to achieve pain relief.
