Hi !! By TRA which is the regulatory authority of oman, all vedio calls are banned.But the catch is you can use all of them if you have a vpn active on your phone. I had seen many people using ‘imo’ for calling on thier androids even without vpn.Facetime somehow always had issues even with vpn on. Whatsapp video call also works fairly well.
