How to walk a cartoon character? (Adobe flash CS6)?

Edit #2 : The game is a scrolling game with a camera. So I wouldn't need multiple monitors and you wont be able to see the whole game on one screen but when you walk to the side you can see the rest. But even when I get the scrolling to work I still wont be able to make it more then 2880 px x 2080 px?
How do I add an Adobe Flash CS5 Animation Clip into a Video?
I made an Animation in Adobe Flash CS5, just a simple walking Character and I need to know how to add it to a video clip in Sony Vegas 9.0. I have it as a GIF right now, do I need to Export it in another format? If so which one? Please just tell me how to do it, I don't want any other comments. Just a simple answer A+B=C. Thank you.
