thanks for the a2a - though I am bit curious why a male would ask this question?I generally avoid white bras - unless I am wearing a white top (or i mean for it to be seen). Often white bras have optical brighteners added to make the fabrics look extra bright but what happens then is that under certain lights (especially UV) - the fabric almost seems to emit light and this can be very disconcerting (for this effect will be observed by others but not to you the person wearing it!). I much prefer wearing skin or nude colored bras which are off white/beige.When you say opaque you have not said what is the color - or even the most opaque of fabrics under certain lights can still show off what is underneath or at least a shadow. Hence if the blouse is dark colored then I will wear a dark color bra - preferably matched to the color of the blouse. If the top is light colored then I will wear a nude bra.
