How to write a correction letter for a mismatch of joining date in two different documents ?
I downloaded my salary slips from my company's online portal and HR issued one employment letter to me for my ongoing DIAC Australia VISA 190 application. Without reading salary slips that has also mentioned joining field I have submitted both employment letter and salary slips to skill select. There is no problem yet but I found it myself while checking the docs today. my employment letter is correct but date mentioned on salary slips ( which is computer generated) is wrong for joining date only. Now I want to ask my company's HR to issue this correction but I must tell them how should they cover this and what should they write on the letter ? If a case officer finds out this mismatch. he can ask me for clarification and jeopardize my case. Salary slips is the only document that is wrong. while employment letter, tax documents, bank statements etc all have mentioned corrected dates. I am very confused and I need the best way to cover this . If some one help.
I have different names in my educational documents and IDs. In my marksheets, I simply have XY but on some IDs and on the caste certificate, I have Kumar in between XY (X Kumar Y). Will it cause any problem if I get a government job?

My father's name is printed wrong in the 10th certificate. Will there be any problem while taking a passport or not? What are the steps to take to make the correction? If the name is changed in the 10th certificate then do I have to make corrections in the Inter and BTech?
You will have to change name not only in 10th but all Certificate which is a long process.If you father name is appearing as ‘ zxxxx’ in all the documents instead of ‘zzxxx’ the real name, I would still advise you to mention zxxxx because you have documentary evidence and you will have no problem. I suppose your Aadhaar Card will also be carrying zxxxx as your father’s name. If yes , please go ahead as changing name is very cumbersome and time consuming process . If Aadhaar is carrying correct name then still I would advise to get the name changed in Aadhaar as per certificate.I am writing this out my own experience as my wife’s father name was spelled wrong in all certificates and we took expert advise and mentioned the name as per certificate in PP application . I had also talked to school / college authorities and as the matter was old they simply showed helplessness but at the same time stated that even if matter is more than two years old , it is very cumbersome and authorities take lot of time.However you can seek professional advise from advocate but his advise will be no differentthan what I have stated above but there is a way in the sense that your father can file an affidavit which the advocate will prepare stating that his correct name is zzxxx instead of zxxxx and his name appearing in his son’s marksheets ( details of all marksheets with name of son) is wrong . The affidavit will be got notarised by the advocate . There after your father will have to give advertisement in local news paper about the same ; draft of which your advocate will prepare. This was one of the options given to me also but we had no time and were living in a different city far away from her father’s place so we went ahead with the misspelt name.
My Aadhar card name and bank account name is different. As it has been misspelled in bank. In future will it create issue?

My previous employer has put wrong date of leaving in my PF form for which I am not able to transfer my pf account. How to transfer the PF account?
Please ask the previous employers to make amendments, countering and resubmit the correct date of leaving. As the PF contribution are to be paid be the 15 the of the next month, all payments would have been credited, without default.If be oversight, you have signed the resignation blank and then the previous employers have pre dated it, you can do nothing, only accept the total as signed by than and transfer. If you have sufficient records to prove that you have enjoyed employment till the date you claim, approaching the Labour department or a court is the appropriate forum, if the employer does not execute a amendments to the wrong submitted form

They will entertain you even if you are an ex-employee. But the problem is that the option does not work. There is a staff and an officer in UAN involved, and they ignore such issues.The HR Person asked me to submit paper forms and get things done using paper work.

You will get a call if found above the cut off percentage/ criteria finalised by the authorities. Minor error in address I.e. no block no and locality would may cause problem in delivering SSB call letter by postman rather than to Naval authorities . Any way ,in your case first you will be facing interview in campus prior to SSB so you can correct your postal address at that stage. Previous SSB details can also be corrected then only as no correction is permitted post submission of online form.
