How To Write A Letter To Bank For Deducted Bill Twicely

While transaction in Netbanking if our money is deducted and 3rd party shows unsuccessful payment, Where does our money go,What to do in this case?

When you make a transaction through net banking, the transaction is a debit from your account. The flow of the transaction is slightly different from a normal POS purchase using a debit card. What happens in the background is the merchant account to which you want to pay money, sends a message to the payment gateway which will reach out to the issuer to identify the account details and authorize your transaction. Now, the transaction may not go through because of a lot of reasons:Merchant did not send the message properly. Issuer is unreachable from the payment gatewayIssuer cannot authorize the transaction and send the response back to payment gateway.Payment gateway couldn't reach the merchantTransaction timed out from one of the parties and so on. If your transaction failed after the money is debited from your aaccount and the payment couldn't be completed to the merchant, the payment gateway will notify the issuer with the transaction details. The issuer will then process a refund of the money that is debited from your account. So, the short answer is you will get your money back in your account :) The refund should be automatic and doesn't require the card holder or the account holder to reach out to the issuer.

What does my comprehensive and my collision deductible have to do with my car loan?

Auto finance is what I do for a living and Capital One has always been one of my best banks.

But the agreement you signed with them states that your deductible can be no more then $1,000.00 period or your in violation of our contract. Your lucky it used to be $500.00.

In your case it may actually be cheaper to let them place insurance on the vehicle and adjust your payment up to cover it.

As far as it being their business they are just defending their property. A lot of people with very high deductibles don't get their vehicles fixed after accidents. And the bank only finds out when they repossess the vehicle and find it damaged. So yes it is their business.

Good luck.

My landlord won't deposit my rent checks in a timely fashion. Is there legal action I can pursue?

I turn in my rent checks 5 day before they're due. I paid May 2012 rent early. I slipped it under my landlord's door and let him know that I put it there. He acknowledged my message too. So I know he received it. It's now May 12th and he still hasn't deposited by rent check. I bet a lot of you reading this think 'hey, thats money you get to hang on to then!'.... I don't make a ton of money, so I really need him to take that money out of my account in a timely fashion so I can properly balance my budget and th money in my account. If he doesn't deposit the check soon, June 2012 rent will be due, and then I'll have $1200 taken out of my account as opposed to $600, which will be a big hit to my bank account. I've emailed him twice now and he won't respond. I'll try giving him a call him too, but if he continues to be unresponsive, is there legal action I can pursue? to make him deposit my rent in a timely fashion?
