Sound wave tattoo opinions?

In my own opinion, the best location for the sound wave would depend on the outcome. What does the sound wave look like? Is it fat in the beginning, jagged in the middle, with a spike at the end? Is it skinny in the beginning, with a spike in the middle, and jagged at the end? Etc, etc.
All in all, I think that somewhere it could wrap around would be best... as an armband, around the ankle, etc. Otherwise it may end up looking out of place (though, you could tie it in

As far as the names go, it depends on the font and the size. I wouldn't put them between your fingers unless you don't think you would mind if it eventually becomes illegible. Each letter, even in plain fonts, should be at least an inch high. As the ink settles, it may spread slightly, and as your skin grows and moves, so do your tattoos... which is why smaller tattoos are more notorious for loosing shape and becoming unrecognizable as they age.
I might personally get them in a plain font, written vertically (on their sides, not one letter over the other) side by side (if you were looking at them in order to read them properly, they would be stacked) on my shoulder blade...

How do you get a faded gel-coat to come back on our boat without re-gelling it?

Wish TrueNorth had restated what was done for I've found his answers to be right on the money. There are too many who post here that believe they have the answers and rate those who do know with a thumb down that it's making this site hard to know who's got the knowledge & who doesn't.

We had an 89 Chaparral that had a painted black stripe running from the windshield to the bow. Every year I would have to work on this to bring it back so that it would have a shine to it. It turned into a labor of love and a challenge. What I did was to apply a color restorer (didn't have a preference) by buffer & remove it by same, then apply 3M's cleaner/wax (again on/off by buffer) and finally top it off with a teflon liquid wax by hand. This brought it back Kelly so that you could have put your makeup on with the reflection it gave!

Split the duties...one wax and the other buff. 25' of boat doesn't sound like much until you add it all together and find that you have probably somewhere around 750 sq ft of waxable surface to do and possibly 2-3 times to get her back to looking good.

And someone is bound and determined to ask why we didn't clear coat the painted area and the answer is simply that I'm a believer in keeping it looking original. I performed the above steps each year for for 16 years and she looked great the day we sold her for $3500 over blue book value.

Question...how ya'll doing with naming her? Come up with one yet?

Best fade haircuts/cool haircuts for white teens?

I am 16 yrs old, in 10th grade, and 100% white. I have straight, black hair, I want to get a cool haircut, possibly a fade haircut, but I don't know what some cool hairstyles are. I want to look good, and I want to get a sick haircut (I've seen some cool haircuts on my african american friends (flat tops, waves, patterns in hair, cool fades, etc.) and, not being racist just saying, but my hair doesn't grow the same so I cannot get these haircuts.) I would like to know some similar hairstyles I can get like those, but are possible for me to get since I am white. (No soccer haircuts like Ronaldo or any style like that as I do not like that style and NO "QUIFF" haircuts or anything that looks like that and NO COMBOVERS) Please recommend some hairstyles to me that I can get. (Plz include the name of the haircut/hairstyle and attach a link to a picture if possible.) Thanks!

How can i get waves in my hair?

EASY WAY TO GET WAVES.

Yes there is an easy way and no you don't have to keep brushing.

Me and My Brother have waves all around and this is what you need:

1. Brush (Medium not soft or hard)

2. 360 Style "wave spray" (Comes in a gray bottle with a blue spray button) (On the bottle it says S Curl but it's not s curl. That's just used to describe how great this product is)

3. Wave grease (Barber's Select and Sportin waves are the best)

4.Du rag

YOU CAN'T HAVE A LOW CUT FOR THIS

Spray the 360 style in your hair. Rub it into your hair. Then brush. Then use your pointer finger to get a little wave grease and rub that into your hair also. Then brush again. Then wear a du rag.

If you don't want to use those products (even though i highly recommend you do) just brush your hair right after getting out of the shower.

Your hair can't be low to get waves. The hair can not get wavy if it is not high enough to curl a little. I'm not saying get an afro (Me and My Brother either get fades

What is a taper/fade haircut?

I really want a short haircut but I've never gotten a taper/fade before. What is the difference between the two? And I'm doing my research on tapers and people are talking about #1, #2, and #3 cuts, and I have no idea what that means. If I wanted to get a taper, what exactly should I say to my barber? I found a picture of a cut that I would like to get, what is the clipper number for this? What is this hairstyle called? http://i55.tinypic.com/34i1f1g.png

Do black guys look better with their haircut?

I am a Black American male. I believe that we look good with any type of hairstyle. It doesn’t necessarily need to be a haircut or have the hair cut very short.Tonight, I went to an NBA basketball game and saw so many different Black men with very creative hairstyles. To me, the creativity and uniqueness of Black men is expressed through our hair.In the past, I have worked in the mostly white corporate world. That creativity and uniqueness isn’t always tolerated, enjoyed, or understood. I’ve had jobs where I was expected to only keep my hair short.I remember company policy stating that they didn’t allow hairstyles usually only worn by Black American people. But they never mentioned race or ethnicity in the employee guide book. It was heavily implied.I have posted some pictures below so that you can see the different types of Black hairstyles currently in vogue. You will clearly see that Black men look good whether or not our hair is cut.The hairstyle on the top left is really popular among young Black guys. The top is allowed to be curly and dreaded while the bottom half is kept cut.Everything from faded hair styles to fro hawks.Dreads.More examples of dreads. But the hair is also cut on the sides and bottoms. This is called a wave. The hair doesn’t naturally do this. You must apply a wax to your hair, brush it in a certain pattern, and wear a do rag on it to produce waves. Mom keeps cutting my hair badly?

My mom and dad are too cheap to take me to the barber even though we aren't any where near poor(Upper Middle Class Family). Because of this mom mom has to cut it. When she does she cuts it way to short or when she does cut the right amount she also cuts to much of the hair line I have on the side of my hair. So instead of the tip coming out she cuts it down making it look like I am balding. How can I stop my mom from doing this? She says I look good but my friends have told me I look like a idiot. She also removes so much hair near my ears making it look like a half circle. Not only that but she's the one who begs from me to cut my hair even when I say no. She should at least let my pick what I won't before she fućks up.
