Hurting Calf Muscle For Over 2 Years

Why do the muscles in my legs hurt after masturbating (female)?

You are most likely tensing them tightly, especially at orgasm, which is very common and with both us guys and girls too. Lots of muscles tighten up during sex, including masturbating, and peaks during the orgasmic spasms. You may just need to train yourself to not tense those muscles quite so hard when you feel the spasms begin. Slow your breathing and concentrate the energy in your vagina instead of the peripheral muscles. I had a friend who really strained his back doing it too much. Orgasms are powerful events, psychologically and physically. Not bad, just powerful. Also it might help to stretch the leg muscles too. Have fun.

Pain in my right calf muscles?

I have been experiencing pain in my right calf muscles and I don't know why. I do not run often and have not been that athletic as of late, although I do a 100 sit-ups and lift some 3 lb weights with my arms. The strange thing is that someone said that it looks like my vericous veins are about to pop out in my right calf, which is very strange considering I am a teenager.

Am I experiencing pain because of a lack of a certain nutrient? Some other factor?

I woke up with severe pain in my calf muscle?

Like 3 days ago i woke up and my calf muscle hurt super bad. It hurts most when i walk or run and go down the stairs but not so much when i go up. Its also tender to the touch and it feels like i have a nasty bruise but it looks totally normal from the outside. I don't known what happened because i didn't do anything that day that could have hurt it. I usually run but i didn't for a couple days before it started hurting so i don't know what happened. The pains not as bad anymore but before it felt like growing pain in my knee along with calve pain, and then it moved to my ankle, and then my thigh! It felt like growing pains but i havent grown in 2 years and i just had a physical where the doctor told me i am done growing.I took ibuprofen and it made all the aches everywhere else go away except for the bruise feeling in my calf.i really wanna know whats wrong with it because i play hockey and i havent been on the ice in like 3 days!

Throbbing Pain in my calf muscle? help please!?

I havent done anything really active lately. Ive had these throbbing pains in my calf muscles for the last 6 hours or so. It was originally in both left and right legs, but now it's just the right leg. It's a throbbing pain that just wont go away and it hurts a lot. I'm about 17 years old, not diabetic and my BMI is normal if any of that helps. I'm kinda worried it might be deep vein thrombosis... I pray to god it's not though

Pain behind lower calf muscle?

It all started about 2 years ago during baseball season. When I run or even walk it starts to hurt behind my lower calf. I heard about shin splints but I m not sure.
It s an aching pain below my calf and sometime on my calf. I just started gym and have been getting back into running so maybe that s the cause. But I want to get rid of it because I ve tried other pills such a as Advil and such but the pain won t go away. I have Nike frees (running shoes) so the shoes are a problem. Any help?

Sore Calf Muscle for Months now?

Keep an eye on this and if the pain or tingling continues it may be the beginning of DVT.

This is very painful and pain pills do not help. I have had it for over 2 years and the doctor was slow to diagnose it until I was in critical shape.

Mine started with a sudden onset of calf pain and leg swelling. The pain was worse when the leg was hanging down. There was warmth to the area because the veins were inflamed.

I am on coumidin (warfarin) as a blood thinner. Usually when they say 6 months, they mean for the rest of your life. The blood thinner does not resolve the current clot problem, but supposedly keeps new clots from forming.

Deep vein thrombosis, or DVT, is caused by a blood clot in a muscle and can be life-threatening. Symptoms include swelling, pain, and tenderness in the legs. Risk factors include immobility, hormone therapy, and pregnancy.

DVTs can occur anywhere in the body but are most frequently found in the deep veins of the legs, thighs, and pelvis. They may infrequently arise from the upper extremities usually because of trauma, or from an indwelling catheter (tubing) or device.

A deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is a condition wherein a blood clot (thrombus) forms in a vein of the deep system.

Thrombophlebitis is a condition in which there is both inflammation and a blood clot in a vein. Thrombophlebitis can occur in either superficial or deep veins. Superficial thrombophlebitis occurs in veins close to the skin surface, and usually causes pain, swelling, and redness in the area of the vein. Superficial thrombophlebitis usually is treated with heat, elevation of the affected leg or arm, and anti–inflammatory medications. A thrombosis in a deep vein is a much more serious problem than one in a superficial vein. The reason for this is that a piece of the clot in deep vein from a DVT can break off and travel through the deep veins back to the heart, and eventually be pumped by the heart into the arteries of the lung. When this happens, the condition is called pulmonary embolism (PE). The blood clot is called an embolus (plural emboli), and the process of breaking off and traveling to the lungs is called embolism.

Narcotics didn’t help my pain. I now take Tizanidine 4mg 5/day and Lyrica Cv 100 mg 3/day. This helps the nerve pain and I can walk some now. I am feeling much better pain wise.
