Both of these contain acetaminophen (an over the counter pain killer) and in consuming both you may be taking too much acetaminophen that you didn't account for. Overdosing can cause serious damage to your liver along with other unpleasant side effects.Though these two drugs ultimately have the same effect, they are very different and have different side effects, which can be more or less prevalent depending on the person. Their effectiveness is also not linearly related to the dosage (i.e. taking 2x the amount doesn't necessarily mean 2x the strength). This can make it difficult to find a good balance when taking both while still remaining at a safe dosage overall.All in all, if you are going to take both (or any pain killers for that matter) you should consult with a doctor about how much of each you should be taking. What's the difference between a hydrocodone high and a Roxy high?
Because they are both opioids, the high is very similar. That being said, generally people say that Roxy(oxycodone) provides more euphoria. I personally think they are basically identical in how they make me feel. They hit the exact same receptors (mu, kappa, delta) in the body.

Ive got two pills in my room that a friend gave me today cause hes currently in trouble with the law, and cant do much with them. There oval shaped with orange-ish dots on them. They say Watson 3202 on them.....and I already know there Hydrocodone. They are the 5mg ones. My question: if i pop both, will I be feelin' pretty nice? or no. Oh! and i dont ever abuse pills. so i have no tolerance probably. but i do to many other types of drugs.... and what if I snort them?

i took the hydro for throat pain (sore throat) my mom said it might help, and its about 2 am christmas and my throat hurts so bad! i was even waking myself up snoring, so i took excedrin to ease the pain. NOW i cant sleep and really want to take hylands calms (natural sleep aid) but i dont know if i should mix anymore medications because i take antidepressants daily? help! need to sleep!

You may report side effects to FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088" When you get negative side effects from any prescription (prescribed or not), it's your body saying it's a bad reaction, especially when it's as bad as you describe. You can call your doctor and ask if there's a safer alternative to get a similar effect and hopefully avoid the side effect. It can be more dangerous to keep taking a drug with side effects affecting you that badly than it can to take an illegal drug... you're risking your life for a high more than the average drug abuser when you keep taking something with this kind of side effect.
