15 and I hate my body so much :(?

To tell the story in a short way I'm 15 and I absolutely hate my body. I went through a time period where I was depressed because a boy in my school called me fat. I started at 210 I think now I'm at 170 (I'm also 5'9). Even though I've lost 40 pounds all I see is fat. I literally feel fatter now than I was at 210 :( I hate everything from my stomach to my huge thighs along with the cellulite and hip dips. There's times where I feel confident and other times I just feel like crap. I feel like I'm never gonna grown into my body. I've been trying to lose more weight to get down to 130 which is another 40 pounds. It seem like no matter what I do I can't lose it tho. My family is telling me I look 'slim' but my bmi and everything says that's a lie. The main point of the question was how can I get the rest of this weight off. I lost the 40 before but I can't seem to lose anything anymore no matter how hard I try. Am I just wasting my time? Thanks for the answers!

SQUATS: Stand straight up. Bend your legs as far as you can and then straighten them again. Repeat for up to 25 reps. If you can't do this many reps, do as many as you can.

DUCK WALKS: Stand straight up on one side of a room. Bend your legs so one calf is touching the ground and the other leg is bent. Then straighten your legs going forward as you would if you were walking. When you get to the other side, go back to where you started with the same number of reps. Whenever you switch directions, switch legs so you work both legs equally.

CALF RAISES: Stand up and lift yourself onto your toes. Stand on your toes for as long as you can.

Why do I hate myself, my body and my life?

Well, the answer is really straight forward. It’s because you’re lack of self-love as oppose to self-hate.Why do you hate yourself?Loving and hating yourself is pretty much the same as you do it with others. Imagine that you really hate your colleague named John. Every little and tiny mistakes John did will trigger your hate to him.You will give him a sour face and being cold to him. Not in a million years that you would go out and having lunch with him.Why do you hate your body?Even his innocent look and smile will trigger your hate. You’re always trying to find the reason to hate his look. You said things like he’s fat, his has a messy hair, he has a gross smile etc.Why do you hate your life?You always bad-mouthing about how pathetic John’s life is because he’s a lonely, ugly guy with everyone in the office. Everyone thinks he’s a weirdo and he’s been alienated most of the time.Now, imagine that you’ve found a person that you really admire and knew he/she were your soul mate. You love everything about him/her and everything feels right.Every mistake he/she made will be forgiven easily. You never look any reason to hate him/her and you respect his/her life.This is the same as self-love.

I absolutely HATE my nose. how do i fix it? 10 points?

OMG! Ernie Baby you're effing nuts!!!! There is NOTHING wrong with your nose especially not the nostrils! If you try to fix the nostrils you'll end up looking like LaToya Jackson, I swear! (google her) Did you know that Jessica Simpson has the same tiny bump on the nose?

Btw, you're the first person I've seen that actually looks like her cartoon avi!

Seriously, if you get butchered up and you end up deformed I have no sympathy for you. You're gorgeous and you need to get over your insecurities. You need to know that both men and women on TV (and that includes your newscasters) have nose jobs! The only ppl without: Bette Midler, Barbra Streisand, Sarah J Parker, Ellen Barkin & Cameron Diaz. There are others of course, but those come to mind first.

If you're really that vain, opt for the non surgical nose job. That's all you need. They'll inject temporary solution in between your eyes to bridge that gap. See link below. Don't you dare go to a surgeon who will turn your nose into Calista Flockhart's shnozz! You'll end up deformed. You need to tell the surgeon what you want, they don't have to redo your entire nose anymore.

You need to stop looking at TV and magazines and believing that those women are real, they're not. Even Katie Holmes had her nose redone and nothing was wrong with it. Finally go to awfulplasticsurgery.com and have a look around: there's no gross pix, just a whole bunch of movie people's before and after. All those ppl lie and say they had nothing done.

I hate my face and body?

my nose is big, lips are too small, i have oily skin, uneven eyelids, i have no boobs, i have tummy fat, i have skinny legs and no butt, ton of acne scars on my back, no hips... i just hate the way i look i want to kill myself. no one finds me attractive and i want to puke everytime i see myself. how to deal with this? dont tell me everyones beautiful bs because that is not true and i will never find myself beautiful. i just want to know how to accept the fact you look hideous

My boyfriend made me hate my body?
im 24 years old, we been together for 8 months, his exs were over weight, they were like 5'5 and weight like 160-170 .. well he always told me he dont like over weight girls, he said he dated them cuz he didnt think he could get a girl my size, im 5'4 and weigh 120 ..

everyone tells me i have a nice body, when i go in public guys always look at me , i was confident about my body, until a few days ago my boyfriend admitted he liked "thick" girls, and said my body type was his 2nd choice, but he would prefer a girl with bigger breast , bigger *** and thighs, my breast size is 34b and i have somewhat of a butt but not the biggest ..

he said he loves my body but would prefer a girl with bigger then what i have, i feel so hurt because i felt closer to him then anyone in my life, he would tell me im perfect, and now he admits that he was lying to me .. ive always wanted bigger boobs and butt and thighs and want to gain 15 pounds but its hard for me to gain weight, he said he loves my body, and is happy with what i have, but he prefers girls that are thicker, with bigger boobs and butt and thighs, its hard knowin that the man i love, is attracted to a different body type then what i have, i asked him if he saw a girl with my body and a girl with the body type he likes, on a street which would he choose and he said the girl with the other body type, that kills me, i feel so destroyed idk what to do, and now i hate my body and when i look in the mirror i hate what i see, i always wanted to be thicker, but when i met him he built my conifidence cuz he would tell me my bodys perfect and this whole time he been liking something different then what i have, and now i hate my body =( idk wut to do i feel like i dont know who he is anymore =(
