The only way you can find a forgotten Yahoo email address is by the alternate email address that was used. If you forget your Yahoo IDs you can get a list if you used the same alternate email address for all of them. If you forget your Yahoo password or someone has changed it you must provide your date of birth and original zip code. A new password will be sent to your alternate email address. Why did they change my Yahoo email?
I logged onto my email account this morning, and the format has changed to some "new and improved" look. Of course, whenever Yahoo makes anything "new and improved," they always make it less user friendly and more awkward. I won't even ask why they do this. But I'm no longer able to open emails in a new window, which is bad enough. Can I change back, and how do I do it? I don't see anything offering to change back to "classic" Yahoo mail. I hope I'm not stuck with this.

How do I get my old yahoo mail back. I didn't click on any thing to change it. I imagine Yahoo just went ahead and did it. It doesn't allign the emails correctly and when something is sent to me it just has the time not the date. I just hate it. Plus instead of the word Bulk it has spam. Hate it. I don't like change on my yahoo mail at all.

I can't login to Yahoo Mail, keeps looping me back to the login page?
I have several Yahoo accounts. But my main one that I use for everything I can't login to Mail, Messenger, anything. When I try to login to Mail, it just loops me back to the login page. It was working fine a few days ago but now this. I've tried changing the password several times, still can't login. I've tried contacting Yahoo Customer Care several times, they are no help. They keep telling me to check my security settings on my computer, plus to try different browsers, reset the cookies, things like that. I've done all that, I still can't login. But the weird thing is it's only this one account I can't login to. The other ones I can still login to fine. Also I know it isn't my computer, the settings, or the browser.
