I Always Have Headaches And Get Dizzy But Is It Getting Serious

I keep getting dizzy spells and headaches?

I'm 23, healthy (as far as I know) but for thepast few weeks I've been getting odd headaches and having dizzy spells every so often. This mornign when I woke up I felt REALLY BADLY like this and kept feeling I was going to be sick. I thought it was my eyes at first so I went for an exam but they're prefectly fine. What could it be?

Why am I always tired, not hungry, and get lots of headaches?

ok, first off, how long have you been a veggie, i am one, and the first month was hell because my body was trying to adapt to the fact that i wasn't in-taking meat, you need to make sure you are getting enough potassium and iron, if you are getting really crampy you might have potassium deficiency, you could also be anemic, if you get really cold all the time, and you are prone to chew on crunchy things or eat ice alot it could be a sign of anemia, i am extremely anemic, i get shots for it and take iron supplements every day, i would recommend a teen vitamin along with potassium and iron supplements and a trip to the doctor and nutritionist so you can find out what nutrients you need and how to fit that in your diet, if you want to see if your anemic at home, run real gold along your face, if a green streak turns up on your cheek, i would get that checked out, good luck fellow veggie!!

Why am i always getting dizzy and have a headache?

i am a 15 year old girl. okay so, i always i get dizzy. if i am sitting down and then i get up, i feel light headed or as if i were to faint. and i am always getting headaches, i take pills for the headache but after a while it comes back. could it be because of stress?? oh and ever since like 3 years ago i have been getting dizzy everytime i get up. idk why though. ... thanks(:

Not hungry, dizzy, headaches?

For the past 2 weeks, i have been feeling these symptoms.
thirsty
not hungry
dizzy
light headed
monstrous headaches.
and i also have a bruise on my neck/spine/back.[although that might not have to do with anything.]

i don't know what's wrong with me.
i'm 14[BIRTHDAY IS TODAY! (:],about 190-195 pounds the last time i weighed myself, 6', and a girl.
i've been having to force myself to eat enough for necessary energy.
please help me.

p.s. sorry about the misspellings, etc. i'm quickly doing this.

Am I sick? Dizzy, headache, tired, nausea, weak ?

Sounds like you haven't been eating and drinking enought too keep your body going.
Lack adaquet diet can give you those symptoms. But the thirst thing and shakes make me wonder if your family has a history of diabetes? Low or high blood sugar can also cause some of your symptoms . The migraines are awful! I've had migraines for 35 years. No pain pill or shot worked and most of the time made them worse. One day all I could find in the house was NyQuil. I was in a lot of pain so I took it and IT WORKED! My dr said they are actually telling ppl who suffer from migraines too try NyQuil.
Get well soon and good luck

Do i need glasses i get very dizzy, nausea and bad headaches every week almost, do i need glasses?

just go have an eye exam

My girlfriend gets serious headaches that sometimes results in vomiting and even blindness and can last for days. It seem to happen after running. She has received a clean bill of health by many doctors and specialists. What is the cause and solution?

Sounds like a migraine.  http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubm...She really needs to see a doctor though.

Ive got a real bad headache, and feel dizzy?

You could be suffering from a migraine. Most the time going to bed and no noise or light helps some. I take advil but, you can take tylenol if you take that. Ice in a baggie on the head believe it or not does help, shrinks the inflammation and the old fashioned ice packs are a really good idea that we gave up to take a pill. No one uses it anymore but it works. I hope you feel better soon. If it gets worse or you kow someone who can check your BP get that done. If it's never happened before you may want to see the Dr. tom. make sure it's nothing else.

Why do I feel dizzy or have a headache after a 2 hour nap?

The main reason for your dizziness after nap , would be Dehydration or posture issues.Try these 15 minute exercises which make a real difference: The Vertigo and Dizziness Program vsl cbI am a habitual napper, 20 minutes, daily for at least 50 years. I have some insight into this. The first thing is: 2 hours isnt a nap, its a sleep. We go into deep sleep approximately every 2 hours. So when youre getting up from a nap, youre forcing your body to wake when its in its deepest sleep. Feeling groggy/dizzy is only natural.I would cut your nap to 90 minutes. Or do as I do, 20 minutes max. I always wake up feeling reborn!
