I Always Watch My Thoughts My Activity Lile Other Person Watching Me

I always feel like someone is watching me.....?

If you live in a slightly older home, you may get this feeling from time to time and even hear strange noises when you're alone. It is only the house settling from day to night. Wood expands and contracts with the temperature and the humidity.
I have a friend who got spooked when she first moved into an apartment in Baton Rouge, LA.
She covered all the mirrors in the apartment for three days. She said after that she was no longer spooked by the sounds.
I think at 17, we were all a bit paranoid about everything around us. You probably have watched too many slasher movies. I wouldn't worry about it. But you could sit down, one afternoon and talk out loud to your house. I used to do this, I always asked the house for protection against all that would harm me and my family. I know this sounds weird, but I don't see much difference in my talking to the house and others speaking to a Deity who they've never seen and yet have faith enough to believe it is God.

Paranoia? Feel like I'm always being watched?

There's a lot to it. Partly, YOU are watching yourself. Know these words well:

consciousness
awareness
alertness
comprehension
attention

Some of what you're experiencing is reality-based. You KNOW there is ongoing surveillance (invasion of privacy) happening in this world and there are plenty of examples of that.

What is the external environment (city or town) you live in like?
Is there lots of crime in the area (which can cause feelings of insecurity)?
Are you more in contact on a daily basis with healthy individuals or unhealthy ones?
What sort of content is your daily mental intake made of? Is it more negative or more positive?
Do you have PTSD?
Are you popular, do you receive a lot of attention from others?
Are you aware of your own psychic state? Everyone has psyche.
Are you aware of your spirit?
Are you an astral projector / traveler?
Are you the pilot, driver or captain of your own ship?

Close your eyes and go inside (of yourself) and start asking questions. USE YOUR HEART. That part is very important.

Why do I always feel watched?

It's not exactly that I feel as though somebody is here, in my home, behind me, watching me, and then I turn around and no one is there. It is NOT like that. It's more like... I feel like somebody is always like...analyzing me. As if someone in the trees out my window or maybe, someone who has hidden cameras is just..watching me. The wierd thing is, I KNOW it isn't true, but I'm still influenced by it. Even though I know it's irrational, it's there in my mind, and I'm even somewhat used to the fact, as if I've accepted it. I hate it though. And another thing, I am entirely convinced at times that people CAN and ARE reading my thoughts...here is a little bit of something I wrote one time to explain it:
**********
I'm convinced people can read my thoughts. It sounds paranoid, it IS paranoid, even I can admit that. But when the scattered few in a crowd are unexplainably silent, I know that they are soaking in my thoughts, smiling to themselves at what I'm thinking, which is mostly funny to them because I'm, (in my head,) screaming at them to stop, to leave me alone, to stop invading my head. And then they do something, tap a pencil, start conversation with a neighbor, read a book, to make it look like I'm wrong, to prove they weren't, and aren't, listening. To make me think I was wrong and that I'm crazy. But I know they can, it's embarrassing. I hate that. They need to stop. I sometimes pick up nervous habits, like dropping my eraser on my desk during a test in silence because the silence is too thick, too suspicious. And then when I'm told to stop, I then notice how loud my habit became in the silent room. The silent room that came out of nowhere, because just a second ago it was echoing with my screams in my mind for them all to stop, to stop listening to me. To stop reading my thoughts and smirk innerly to themselves about how paranoid I am. And then they do something, tap a pencil, start conversation, continue their test, to prove I'm wrong. But I know I'm not. Even though I know I am.
****
its horrible. My friend knows I'm "paranoid" because I'm constantly looking over my shoulder in the hallways or when we're walking in town when we're not supposed to. But she doesnt get the WHOLE thing. I'm always distracted. I'm NEVER focused on what I'm doing, saying, all on my own because I'm always aware of these ....people looking, listening to me. I just want to know what this is...and if there is a way to help it.

Can people see my activity if I log in to my Google account to watch YouTube?

Do you have a parent email address, if you do then they can. Your ISP and whoever runs your WiFi can see exactly what you are doing at all times, YouTube and google can also see.

How can I stop getting scared after watching a horror movie?

Yes. I use these two techniques personally. I'm so shit scared that when I need to pee in middle of the night I probably need someone outside the bathroom door keeping a watch for me (just in case those fictional characters were real and would come to kill me at night while peeing. Haha yes, mind doesn't work by logic at night.)Technique No. 1 -So the technique number 1 is to watch it in mute. Unmute when dialogues are being said. But keeping it on mute will allow you to be not that scared when something or someone suddenly appears.Sound effects of these movies make it more scary.Another psychological hack with this is that watching it on mute won't let you completely submerge in the scary atmosphere, you'd be able to differentiate between what's a real world and fiction.Hence, you'd be way more less scared.Technique No. 2 —So this may sound stupid but it works. So be with me here. I use it. It does help.Step 1 - Make your friends or family watch it with you.Step 2 - When you start feeling scared, make jokes on the movie, make fun of it.The psychology behind this is to ridicule it that your brain knows it's not supposed to take the scary movie seriously. And hence, to not get scared.I hope this helped you. Happy Scary-loween!

Do people at the movie theaters check if your 18 for an R rated?

Well, me and my friends wanna watch Paranormal activity, and all my other classmates watched it already, and i'm pretty sure an adult didn't go with them.
Well, imma freshman(14). Would they let me buy the ticket, and even if they do, will they check once i'm in the movie theater?
cuz a year ago, at a different movie theater, me and my friends were watching a pg-13 movie and the ticket seller person was all like,"u all 13?"
